Sebenarnya bukan pegawai kantor BTPN ini... petugas banyak di lapangan, so sebenarnya kalau masih di Tangerang... coba saja aktivasinya dengan mendatangkan crew ke alamat rumah. Ia verifikasi KTP dan bbrp data yg diinput dalam aplikasi di smartphone kita... dicek sama petugas... beres dah. Foto terlampir sample kartu, yg warna orange akan dikirim ke rumah dlm waktu 14 hari ke depan. So, wait lah...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong dong utk bank btpn balaraja bukanya on time. Setiap saya kesini pasti belum buka sampe jam setengah 9 masih blm buka juga pdhal hrsnya jam 8 udh buka. Ini kebanyakan pensiunan PNS loh yg ngambil gaji, tega bgt nyuruh orang tua duduk d depan nungguin kalian. Di tambah lagi covid-19 kayak gini. Tolong diperhatikan kedisiplinannya jangan kayak gini terus, mungkin karna mereka org tua jd gatau kalo mau komplain kemana
