★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Gak ada nomor antrian, harus nunggu diluar sambil ngampar dan panas2an
2. Antri bersama dengan yg nunggu blt, pdhl mau benerin atm yg sdh expired ke CS
3. Sedangkan CS cuma 2 biji
4. Sejak pandemi, bni mal ga buka sabtu minggu. Tp bni hari kerja hrs antri begitu ga pakai nomor dan disuruh panas2an di parkiran.
Coba pertimbankan waktu kita yg kerja seberharga apa, dan sesusah apa kalau hrs ijin, sekalinya mau urus susah banget. Payah

4. Since the pandemic, BNI Mall is not open on Saturdays and Sundays. But on weekdays, you have to queue so you don't use a number and are told to heat up in the parking lot.
Try to consider how valuable our working time is, and how difficult it is if you have to get permission, once you want to take care of it, it's really difficult. bad

. tolong di percepat saya kasihan dengan ibu' yg bawa anak.. dan dari jam 7.30 sampai jam 13 blm masuk" ke bank masih nunggu ..tolong pihak bank BNI lebih di tingkatkan.
The service is really long... not shared between telear and cs
. please hurry up, I feel sorry for the mother who brought the child.. and from 7.30 to 13, I haven't entered the bank yet.. I'm still waiting for the BNI bank to improve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidak ada Nomor antrian dr awal untuk yg mau berhubungan dgn CS. Nasabah dibiarkan antri di luar ber jam jam. Hanya di sediakan kursi 5. Padahal di bank lain bisa nyediakan bahkan hanya cm bangku plastik.
Sungguh lambat operasional nya mgkn krn CS cm ada 2 org. Sengaja datang jam 7, bank buka di jam 8, hingga skrg jam 09.40 Saya masih berdiri di luar. Saya kasih bintang 2 untuk handling antrian, bintang 4 untuk overall.
Update: jam 10;57 akhirnya di suruh naik ke lantai 2 untuk antri di CS. Disini baru di bagikan Nomor antrian.
There is no queue number from the start for those who want to get in touch with CS. Customers are left queuing outside for hours. Only 5 seats are provided. Even though other banks can provide even 1 cm plastic chairs.
The operation is really slow, maybe because CS cm has 2 people. Accidentally came at 7, the bank opened at 8, until now at 09.40 I was still standing outside. I give 2 stars for queue handling, 4 stars for overall.
Update: at 10:57 am finally told to go up to the 2nd floor to queue at CS. Here the new queue number is shared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan ga jelas, udah ada mesin buat nomer antrian tapi ga di pake. suruh antri duduk d luar ngantri. lah terus mesin buat nomer antrian guna nya apa?
The service is not clear, there is already a machine for queue numbers but they are not used. tell the queue to sit outside the queue. So what's the use of the machine for queue numbers?

Untuk pelayanan BNI nya bintang 2 karena lambat dan kurang nyaman dari awal antrian tanpa nomor tanpa tempat duduk,dapat no setelah ada slot kosong di dalam sebanyak 4 orang.
4 star place with spacious parking.
For BNI service, it's 2 stars because it's slow and inconvenient from the start of the queue without a number without a seat, getting a number after there are empty slots in as many as 4 people.
