★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan lamaaa banget. Satu orang 1 jam mungkin dah belum antrinya . Mohon ditingkatkan segi pelayanannya dipercepat kaya kc cabang lain masa saya dari jam 13.00 sampai jam 16.00 belum selesai prosesnya padahal jalur prioritas.
 Very long service. One person for 1 hour may not have queued yet. Please improve in terms of speeding up the service like other branches, my period from 13.00 to 16.00 has not finished the process even though the priority line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan bagus. Berkunjung ke sini cuma ingin menanyakan KARTANU. Walaupun sekarang KARTANU sudah tidak berkaitan lagi dengan Bank Mandiri. Di belakang kantor ada Musholla yang bersih dan nyaman, walaupun tidak terlalu besar dan lebar. Fasilitas kamar mandi dan tempat berwudlu juga nyaman di gunakan.
Good service. Visited here just wanted to ask KARTANU. Although now KARTANU is no longer related to Bank Mandiri. Behind the office there is a prayer room which is clean and comfortable, although not too big and wide. Bathroom facilities and a place for ablution are also comfortable to use.
