suka berisik kl lagi meletakkan suatu benda spt org marah
ga da bilang terima kasih setiap selesai melayani orang
utk customer service ny juga kurang ramah.nada.suara terlalu besar...
apalagi kl melayani org yg mau pinjaman...seisi ruangan dengar
seperti tdk memikirkan privasi orang.
menurut.saya sebaiknya buat lah sekat khusus utk customer service pake papan ato apalah utk menjaga privasi masing2 orang kl sedang berkeluh.kesah....
karena paling dekat adanya bri
kl ada yg.lain saya sendiri males kesana......

for customer service, the tone is too big...
especially when serving people who want to borrow... the whole listening room
like not thinking about people's privacy.
in my opinion, I should make a special partition for customer service using a board or something to maintain the privacy of each person when they are complaining....
because the closest there is bri
If there's anything else, I'm too lazy to go there myself......

saya minta cek saldo karna atm ke blokir katanya kosong, minta cek ulang ttep bilang saldo kosong dengan nada tinggi gak ramah. Setelah ke BRI prembun ternyata masih ada saldonya...
Tolong untuk pimpinan perbaiki lagi bawahanya.

Bitter teller, please just replace it..!!
I asked for a balance check because the atm to block said it was empty, asked for a recheck but still said the balance was empty with a high tone that was not friendly. After going to BRI Prembun, it turns out that there is still a balance...
