Pelayanan lama, butuh 1-2 jam hanya untuk mengantri beberapa antrian. Satpam tidak ramah sama sekali, tidak ada pelayanan nyaman yg didapat

Niat mau minta kartu ATM baru, sebelumnya ATM.y ketelen. Tapi gk bisa, harus di kantor cabang tempat buka rekening. Jadi Harus ke Karanganyar, padahal dulu buka dikaranganyar kn juga dikarangggayam blm ada. Udh ada tinggal gk bisa, mohon diperhatikan. Terimakasih

Lokasi BRI di sebelah Utara pasar Karanggayam, Β± sekitar -100m, Deket jalan raya, tempat di sebelah barat jalan. Pelayanan oke lumayan memuaskan, jarang antri kecuali pada waktu2 tertentu. Tetap utamakan pelayanan prima untuk kepuasan nasabah. Sehingga nasabah tetap memiliki kepercayaan terhadap bank. Mungkin ada beberapa yang perlu di benahi untuk toiletnya bisa di perhatikan kebersihannya, serta untuk mesin ATM jika memang perlu bisa di tambah untuk stor tunainya.

Ga ngerti lagi lah sama pelayanan disini, kesan dateng udah berkaliΒ² disambut sama Satpam yang ketus sama nasabah. Teller yang kadang ngga ada gantinya, CS yang kadang kosong. Kalau tidak HARUS berkepentingan dengan unit disini mending ke cabang terdekat lain entah itu Karanganyar atau Gombong sekalian, sudah dijamin ramah pelayanan dan sebagai nasabah puas.

Pelayanan kurang ramah. Walopun penjaga pintunya ngga mbentak tp nadanya judes. Udah di kasih tau ATMnya ngga bisa ngga ada uangnya. Mau ambil lewat teller dipersulit pdhl sudah bw buku dan ktp. Suruh coba di atm aja. Mau sampe kapan jg ngga bisa org ngga ada uangnya. Jadinya pd bubar ke bank kr.anyar aja yg jelas dan ramah. Semoga diperbaiki lah ya..

Low attitude. Pegawai belum mampu berkomunikasi dengan nasabah dengan baik dan sering berbicara dengan nada tinggi. Sangat mengecewakan. Resmi pindah ke BCA karena BRI sangat mengecewakan.
Low attitude. Employees have not been able to communicate with customers well and often speak in high notes. Very disappointing. Officially moved to BCA because BRI was very disappointing.
