CS performance is very unsatisfactory, only queuing for 2 customers takes almost 1 hour.

Karena hari ini di teller hanya 1, di cs pun 1. saya ambil antrian dari jam 11 dapat no 43. baru dilayanin jam 14.02. sudah bolak balik dua kali tapi belum dipanggil juga ke no 43. semoga bisa lebih baik lagi
I just want to give advice, please add more staff to make it more efficient and effective, whether it's a teller or CS. Because today at the teller there is only 1, even in cs 1. I took the queue from 11 am to number 43. It was only served at 14.02. I've been back and forth twice but haven't been called to number 43 yet. Hopefully it can be better
