Even though I already got the phone number but when I wanted to enter I asked to fix the blocked pin, I was told to call the flashlight.. I'm really disappointed that I came all the way to the office and the result was 0

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan nya parah banget .. masa cuma minta bank reference buat syarat ngajuin visa hampir sebulan gk jadi2.. padahal cm selembar kertas doang
The service is really bad.. just asking for a bank reference for the requirements to apply for a visa for almost a month it doesn't work... even though it's only a piece of paper

Worse, it's slow, I'm sorry… in another place, I want a bank reference to be made for the purposes of applying for a visa. It doesn't last until it's been a week.

Kalo kesini selalu sebiji orang di cs. Ngantrinya berjam jam tauknya di suruh ngantri besok, eh besoknya sama kek begini astaghfirullaaaah
Jeleeeee, the service is really genuine, where the cs is only 1, the tablespoon is really lacking. It's clear that there are always a lot of people who need to go to CS but there is no intention of adding employees or anything. If you come here there is always one person in cs. The queue was for hours, but I was told to queue up tomorrow, the next day it's the same cake astaghfirullaaaah
