★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya sempit, namun bisa menjadi alternatif untuk masyarakat sekitar agar tidak perlu jauh2 ke kantor utama. Karena tempat yg terbatas maka kursi untuk menunggu pun terbatas, semoga kedepannya bisa ditambahkan. Diluar itu pelayanan cukup baik dan ramah. +terdapat ATM diluar.
 The place is narrow, but it can be an alternative for the surrounding community so they don't have to go far to the main office. Because the place is limited, the seats for waiting are limited, hopefully in the future it can be added. Apart from that the service is quite good and friendly. + there is an ATM outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KECEWA sm karyawan Mandiri, sy telpon buat nanya persyaratan bikin rekening dan ga ada NPWP karena Ibu rumah tangga ga ada ada solusi sm sekali malah dilempar suruh telpon mandiri ciawi krna domisili di kab. Cijeruk dan mandiri ciawi dilempar suruh ke cabang besar hanya gr2 KTP jakarta.. harusnya tuh ada solusi bukannya lempar2!! Mungkin bs pke npwp suami dan surat domisili!!
DISAPPOINTED with Mandiri employees, I called to ask for the requirements to create an account and there was no TIN because the housewife didn't have a solution at all, but she was sent to call Mandiri Ciawi because she is domiciled in the district. Cijeruk and Mandiri Ciawi were thrown to a big branch, only gr2 Jakarta ID cards... there should have been a solution instead of throwing it around!! Maybe you can use your husband's npwp and domicile letter!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niat mau pencairan BSU di daerah cikarang, dan membutuhkan konfirmasi dri bank mandiri cabang INI. Namun ga ada respon.. nunggu dri pagi sampai siang, padahal cuma butuh konfirmasi doang!
Ingat ya, siapa yg mempersulit urusan org lain, makan akan dipersulit juga urusannya.!
