★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parkiran sempit dan tidak rata, pelayanan biasa saja, CS terlalu lama dalam pelayanan padahal antrian sangat panjang. Ruang tunggu cukup nyaman tapi sering tidak muat karena banyaknya nasabah yang mengantri. Sepanjang beberapa kali ke sini belum ada perbaikan dalam mengatasi antrian.
The parking lot is narrow and uneven, the service is ordinary, CS is too long in service even though the queue is very long. The waiting room is quite comfortable but often won't fit due to the large number of customers waiting in line. Throughout the several times here there has been no improvement in overcoming the queue.

Stpam y is not polite..the question is good but the answer is gass.pok, yes, I've been there twice, so lazy with stpam games.

Tidak representatif... jutek banget kaya cewek lagi kena PMS... Ganti dong satpamnya...nanti nasabahnya pada kabur lho....
