★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satpam dan tellernya tidak sopan, jika ada nasabah yg ingin melakukan transaksi seharusnya diberikan arahan paling tdk ditanya "ingin melakukan transaksi apa". Apalagi buat yg pertama kali masuk, satpam bukanya bukain pintu buat nasabah, malah duduk manis di meja CS sambil megang hp. Dah gitu tellernya gak ramah sama sekali, ngasih informasi hanya sekedar pas pas-an. Udah kapok transaksi lewat bank ini. Satpamnya juga gak kayak bank yg lain, gak ramah
