★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayananannya sangat baik dan ramah dari mulai satpam cs dan tellernya. Walaupun antriannya banyak nasabahnya banyak mereka tetap melayani dengan sangat baik, wajar kalau cs, teller atau satpam BRI sering terlihat jutek atau tidak ramah mungkin karna terlalu ramainya nasabah yg datang dan antri. Mereka juga manusia punya rasa lelah.
The service is very good and friendly from the security guard cs and the teller. Even though there are many customers in the queue, they still serve very well, it's only natural that BRI's cs, tellers or security guards often look rude or unfriendly, maybe because there are too many customers who come and queue. They are also human and have feelings of fatigue.
