Saya sangat berterimakasih kepada Bank BRI KC Cinere. Dari Satpamnya sangat sopan dan baik. Untuk pelayanan CS sangat membantu, informatif. Memang agak lama, tetapi memang prosedur dan yang saya urus banyak. Dari pencairan gaji 4 bulan, membuat rekening, membuat mobile. Mba Nissa sangat baik, murah senyum, dan ramah sekali. Untuk tempatnya juga sangat bersih, sesuai protokol kesehatan covid 19. Sukses selalu....

Saya baru pertama kali ke bank ini. Menurut saya ini pelayanan customer service sangat lama. Saya datang dari jam setengah 9 sampai jam 2 siang belum dilayani. Mereka buka dari jam 8 pagi baru melayani nasabah kurang lebih 20 nasabah sampai jam 1 siang. Ditambah saya dalam urutan 25 bagaimana dengan yang urutan 40an mau sampai malam? Saya tidak masalah untuk antri dan menunggu giliran tapi ini sudah tidak wajar menurut saya, yang saya harus menunggu 5 jam lebih. Mohon di evaluasi dan diperbaiki. Sangat disayangkan ini.
This is my first time to this bank. I think this customer service service is very long. I came from half past 9 to 2 pm not served yet. They are open from 8 in the morning and only serve about 20 customers until 1 in the afternoon. Plus I'm in the order of 25 what about those who are in the 40s want to stay up late? I have no problem queuing and waiting for my turn but this is already unreasonable in my opinion, that I have to wait 5 hours more. Please evaluate and improve. This is a pity.

Pagi ini saya kecewaaaaa sekaliiiiii, ngambil uang 1.200.000 tapi ga keluar uang nya. Saldo saya terpotong begitu aja. Security tidak dapat melayani secara cekatan. Saya hanya diarahkan untuk ambil ktp dan buku tabungan agar bisa di buat laporan nya. Masa pengurusan sangat lama sampai 14 Hari !!!!!!!! Saya butuh uang saya!
This morning I was soooooo disappointed, took 1,200,000 but didn't get the money. My balance just cut off. Security cannot serve deftly. I was only directed to take my ID card and savings book so I could make a report. The processing period is very long up to 14 days !!!!!!!! I need my money!

Buat satpam bapak HARTONO yang terhormat. Saya sudah ngantri dr jam 8 pagi dapat nomor urut, nunggu 2 jam belum di layani. Nah ini ada 2 customer baru, gak lama masuk langsung anda arah kan ke CS, langsung di layani. TANPA NO URUT. Sedangkan saya dan 2 orang sebeleha saya sampek heran kok bisa. Apa mentang" anda kenal sama orang tsb. Tolong pihak BRI pelayanan di tinjau ulang, ada pegawai anda memperburuk pelayanan BRI. Akhirnya saya cabut kesal,dan gak bakalan saya ke unit bri sini lagi.

Pertama kali ke KCP ini dan cukup kecewa. 1. Seharusnya yang dipersilahkan masuk hanya nasabah saja, karena banyak nasabah yang membawa keluarga sedangkan kursi sangat terbatas. Nasabah lain jadi nggak kebagian tempat duduk karena banyak ditempati keluarga. Padahal waktu tunggu antrian cs bisa berjam-jam . Boleh contoh bank BCA, jadi nasabah yang berkepentingan saja yang diperbolehkan masuk. 2. Security mempersilakan nasabah yang datang belakangan untuk ke CS duluan, baru kali ini mengalami pengalaman begini selama ke bank *ga tau ya ada hubungannya sama nasabah prioritas atau hal lain soalnya ada nasabah yang mempertanyakan, jawabannya karena kemarin nasabah sudah datang? Ketika satpam menyerobot antrian nasabah, operasional lainnya malah ada yang terkesan emosi kepada nasabah yang marah. Memang ada solusi dengan pembukaan meja CS lainnya, tapi semoga kejadian serobot antrian oleh bank ini tidak terjadi lagi untuk kedepannya.
First time to this KCP and quite disappointed. 1. Only customers should be allowed to enter, because many customers bring their families while seats are very limited. Other customers do not get a seat because many families occupied. Even though the waiting time for the cs queue can be hours. For example, BCA bank, so only interested customers are allowed to enter. 2. Security invites customers who come later to go to CS first, this is the first time they have had this experience while at the bank * I don't know if it has anything to do with priority customers or other things, because there are customers who ask questions, the answer is because yesterday the customer has arrived? When security guards grab customers' queues, other operations even seem emotional to angry customers. Indeed, there is a solution by opening another CS desk, but hopefully this incident of queuing by the bank will not happen again in the future.
