Pelayanan lama , pengajuan kur aja lama katanya 3 hari di kasih kabar sampai saat ini tidak ada kabar sama sekali . Bagian yg urus dan survei janji" terus bilamgnya akan di hubungin . Pagi wa bilang siang akan di hubungi kembali tapi tidak ada hubungi . Di tlp di wa juga tidak ada respon . Bagaimana cabang mau mau kl pelayanannya aja gak barus .

Saya kecewa sama sekuriti yg bertugas tgl 28 agustus 2020 jam11:30 dengan sambutan yg tdk ramah,mengusir nasabah BRI daerah yg ambil uang dg surat kuasa bermaterai dan ktp asli ,krn kondisinya sakit keras .bahkan mau menemui pimpinannya dihalangi,dan menyuruh keluar tanpa solusi."SAYA KECEWA". Di BRI cabang lain, saya disambut ramah dg sekuritinya, pimpinan dan kasirnya dan bisa ambil uang. Bahkan istri saya yg sakit di video call, di beri semangat. Semoga BRI tetap ramah dan baik dlm melayani rakyat/nasabah

Saat mau cairin dana karyawan nya pada di vaksin semua, jadi gak ada yg jaga. 15-07-2021 emang gak bisa gantiian ya?

BRI Johar Baru ini benar-benar tidak memiliki standard pelayanan Bank pada umumnya. Dari mulai Security, CS sampai Teller semua tidak ramah, pemalas, boro-boro greeting customers, Bleh mau muntah. BRI Pusat ga punya mystery shopper apa ya, buat ngetest standard pelayanan di cabang ini?? Itu semua front office pegawai kontrak Yayasan atau memang karyawan BRI sih?? Kok sikapnya bukan spt pegawai Bank pada umumnya?? Ganti aja tuh Kepala Cabangnya ga becus urusin operasional cabang, Pelayanan Nol Besar.
BRI Johar Baru really does not have standard bank services in general. Starting from Security, CS to Teller, all are unfriendly, lazy, greeting customers, may want to throw up. Ini bri paling buruk kalau soal pelayanan..mendingan kalau mau urus ke BRI lainnya ada satu satpamnya jujur kurang enak dengar nya...pada sombong 2 semuanya cukup sekali ini aku masuk BRI ini???

Tellernya payah. Sy dtg jam stgh 2an. Mau kliring ke bank lain. Bilangnya bisa. Antri hampir 30 menit. Giliran maju ke teller yg lain, dibilang uda ga bisa, maks jam 1.

Kalau ingin melakukan pencairan apapun sebaiknya datang dari jam 7.45 wib(15 menit sebelum buka), dan kalau belum 8.00 wib bener-bener tidak mau operasional padahal seharusnya bisa sambil dibagikan no.antrian.CS hanya ada 2 unit sama teller hanya ada 2 jadi cukup antri.Kalau bisa bank swasta lebih baik B*A sih.Untuk cabang yang dimangga besar 7.45 wib bersedia melayani dan saat diucapakan terimakasih mereka menjawab kok.
