★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong utk teller cowok a.n obi di training lg yg bener. Ajarkan bagaimana memberikan pelayanan yg baik, cara berbicara kpd cust.. aneh yaa kok sekelas bank bni teller nya kaya gitu.
 Please go to the male teller a.n obi in the correct training again. Teach how to provide good service, how to talk to cust ... it's strange how come a bank teller is like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank BNI cabang yang tempat nya nyaman dan bersih meski pun kecil...Customer Service nya perlu d tambah 1 lagi karena klo cuma 1 kasian yang sudah antri dari jam 8 sampe siang jam 12 belum di panggil juga..
Bank BNI, a branch where the place is comfortable and clean even though it is small ... Customer Service needs to be added by 1 more because if only 1 poor person has queued from 8 to noon 12 o'clock has not been called either ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah ambil no antrian masih di jam operasi tp malah tidak dilayani CS. Cuma karena estimasi constumer yg sedang dilayani akan selesai lebih lama / sampe batas jam operasi terkahir.
2 costumer salah satu y saya dan costumer bapak2 yg nomer antrian y jauh sebelum saya malah di "usir".
Sy buat ulasan msh di jam operasi yak. Dan costumer yg terakhir dilayani sudah selesai sebelum jam 3 td sy liat ?
I've taken the queue number, it's still operating hours, but it's not even served by CS. It's just because the estimated customer being served will be finished longer / until the last operating hour limit.
2 customers, one of which was me and the customer whose queue number was Y long before I was even "expelled".
I'm making a review while it's still operating hours. And the last customer served was finished before 3 o'clock yesterday I saw
