Emang kalo udah jam 12:00 itu gak bisa ambil antrian buat mengaktifkan m-banking lagi ya????
Harus ambil antrian pagi aja ya aktifin m-banking, trus kalo orang krja, disuruh antri pagi2 juga gitu yaaa??? Aneh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat buruk. Saya ingin tarik tunai manual dibawah 5jt, lalu dibilang sama tellernya ga bisa, harus 5jt, transaksi di bawah itu wajib pakai ATM. Yah, dilogika aja, emang semua nasabah BRI punya saldo min. 5jt? Dan apakah di semua daerah di Indonesia udah ada ATM? Yah,kita di kota besar ada ATM di mana², yang di daerah coba gimana?
Lalu saya coba ke KCP lain, ternyata bisa dong tarik tunai manual di bawah 5jt, justru 5 juta itu nilai maksimal tarik tunainya.
