Pertama dilayani ramah sama security yg tinggi
Kedua datang karna mau bertanya sama security yg kecil malah jawaban dia ketus jutek pokonya gak ramah.. Gak pantes dipertahankan org kya gtu..

The second one came because he wanted to ask the security guard who was small, even though his answer was rude, the main point was not friendly.. It's not appropriate to be defended by people like that..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ parah pelayanan lambat..buang waktu nunggu dari pagi sampe jam 12 aja belom kelar antrian ke 15 ampun dah..harus ditingkatkan lgi dri performa pekerja sini atau ditambah pekerjanya biar maksimal..ga recomend utk ngurus berkas dsni..
seriously slow service..wasting time waiting from morning until 12 o'clock, I haven't finished the 15th queue, sorry..should be improved from the performance of workers here or added workers so that they are maximized..do not recommend to take care of files here..

cs service is very bad, please replace all management, if from cs it's just messed up, don't close it's possible the management is too indifferent, chaotic. bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah datang jauh2 kena hujan utk cuma aktivasi akun rekening online eh malah di suruh datang besok padahal masih jam kerja jam 1 lewat. Udah ke dua kali ini aku disuruh balik, yg pertama malah skitar jam 10an bikin kesal sangat kesal satpamnya ujuk2 dah suruh pulang, sombong banget
