★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selama masa Pandemik pelayanan transaksi di teller maupun CS dibatasi dengan mengikuti protokol kesehatan. Para nasabah harus antri dari luar untuk mendapat giliran masuk ke dalam kantor. Satpam akan memeriksa suhu tubuh para nasabah kemudian mencatat nama dan mempersilakan nasabah untuk duduk di kursi yang sudah diatur jaraknya.
Pada masa PPKM Darurat dan PPKM Level 4 pelayanan semakin dibatasi seiring dengan arahan dari aturan PPKM. Jumlah petugas CS dikurangi dari biasanya. Konsekwensinya, jumlah nasabah pun dibatasi.
Satpam selalu menginformasikan kepada setiap nasabah tentang perubahan aturan layanan BCA selama masa PPKM. Saya dua kali gagal mendapat nomor antri karena selalu nyampe di atas jam 9. Satpam sudah menyarankan untuk tiba di BCA kalau bisa jam 8an karena jatah antrian sekarang dibatasi. Hanya 30 orang untuk ke CS dengan transaksi yang lumayan penting. Kalau teller masih bisa dilonggarkan jatah antriannya.
 During the Pandemic, transaction services at tellers and CS are limited by following health protocols. Customers have to queue from outside to get their turn to enter the office. The security guard will check the customer's body temperature then record the name and invite the customer to sit in a chair that has been set at a distance.
During the PPKM Emergency and PPKM Level 4, services were increasingly limited in line with the direction of the PPKM rules. The number of CS officers is reduced than usual. Consequently, the number of customers is limited.
The security guard always informs each customer about changes to the BCA service rules during the PPKM period. I failed to get a queue number twice because it always arrived after 9 am. The security guard has suggested arriving at BCA at 8 am because the queue is now limited. Only 30 people to CS with a fairly important transaction. If the teller can still relax the queue quota.

This is the first time, because I exchanged an atm card, the security guard is good and from the front the service has been good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank have a strategic place, the building is big is easy to be access by any transportation. The parking atea is big in the front and in the backside of the building.
The crew is profesional and very helpfull. The bank is usually crowded but the queue time is not long.
