★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanggal 01/09/2020 saya datang ke BPJS Marunda Jl.Enggano Tj.Priuk Jakarta Utara,dari pagi antrian sudah banyak..kebetulan saya dapat antrian di atas no.30,jadi harus kembali lagi besok pagi..
Waktu itu saya utarakan kepada Security Bapak Guntur Setyabudi,untuk di tambah kuotanya..
walaupun banyak beberapa pengunjung BPJS yang Complaint tapi beliau layani dengan baik,ramah,tegas..?
keesokan harinya saya datang lebih pagi lagi,Alhamdulillah dapat Urutan 18 dengan kuota awal 30 menjelang siang di tambah lagi 5 ??
terima kasih untuk Pelayanan BPJS Marunda Jl.Enggano Tj.Priok Jakarta Utara ???
Security yang Handal dan Staff BPJS yang peduli akan keluhan Masyarakat,walaupun dengan keterbatasannya..
Semoga Kinerja BPJS semakin baik & Sukses..

On 01/09/2020 I came to BPJS Marunda Jl.Enggano Tj.Priuk, North Jakarta, from the morning there were many queues ... I happened to get a queue above no.30, so I have to come back tomorrow morning ..
At that time I told Security, Mr. Guntur Setyabudi, to increase the quota ..
although many BPJS visitors were Complaint but he served him well, was friendly, firm..?
the next day I arrived even earlier, Alhamdulillah I got Sequence 18 with an initial quota of 30 before noon plus another 5 ??

Reliable Security and BPJS staff who care about community complaints, even with their limitations ..
Hopefully BPJS Performance will get better & Successful ..

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH BPJS EMPLOYMENT, I HAVE 3 YEARS OF DISTRIBUTION OF FUNDS ARE HARD, MY FAMILY CARD IS LOST THE ORIGINAL AND THERE IS EVIDENCE THERE IS A PHOTO OF THE COPY, STILL MY RIGHTS CAN'T LIQUID!!!!!!!!!1

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nyaman pelayanan nya. Tanya satpan di bantu sampai paham. Dan teler nya pun baik, membantu menjawab keluhan dan memberikan solusinya. Yang pasti semua petugas nya ramah.
