Jadi saya coba ke kc bpjs tk ini karena app jmo saya terblokir karna otentifikasi 3x tdk ter approve. Saya kan pada dasarnya tidak paham ya kalo saya paham kan ga perlu ke kc untuk tanya2. Pada saat itu saya dijelaskan eh cs nya dengan nada sinis emang sih saya udah jam jam mau plg ke kantornya.. saya paha. Capek tapi sebaiknya cs itu ya yg ramah2 bkn dg gaya sinis karna cs itu pencerminan pelayanan loh mba. Security nya ramah dan helpfull disitu saya diminta untuk respon tanggapan komentar pelayanan dg sticker.. saya sampai minta maaf sama pak security nya karena saya klil sticker emoticon "kurang puas"
So I tried to go to the kc bpjs tk because my jmo app was blocked because the 3x authentication was not approved. I basically don't understand, so if I do understand, there's no need to go to the kc to ask questions. At that time, I was explained to the cs in a cynical tone. Really, it was already hours before I went back to his office.. I had thighs. Tired but it's better if the cs are friendly, not in a cynical style, because cs is a reflection of service, madam. The security is friendly and helpful there. I was asked to respond to the service comment response with a sticker... I even apologized to the security pack because I clicked the "not satisfied" emoticon sticker

Melihat review beberapa orang mereview pelayanan BPJS TK menjadi Ilfeel (Ilang feeling), karna kuatir tidak dilayani dengan baik. Akhirnya memberanikan diri untuk datang ke sana. Sebelumnya saya datang ke BPJS TK Rawamangun untuk mencari informasi salah satu saldo No KPJ saya yang tidak terakumulasi di saldo total. Petugas BPJS TK Rawamangun menyarankan untuk datang ke BPJS TK sudirman untuk proses berikutnya. Karna salah satu no KPJ tersebut kondisinya sudah tidak aktif dan akan dibantu cabang Sudirman untuk proses alignnya. (Good service dari petugas Cabang Rawamangun) Saya telp Call Centernya (no: 175) pun disarankan untuk ke cabang sudirman. Datang hari ini tgl 15 Oktober 2021 jam 10 pagi langsung dibantu oleh securitinya dengan sangat baik. Kebetulan cabang sudirman pas lagi ga rame dengan hanya 1 CS saja yg bertugas (Mba Sylvi namanya) yang membantu. Antrian hanya 3 orang saja. Kerjanya sangat baik dan dibantu sampai selesai dengan proses klaim secara manual (dikarenakan klaim secara online tidak bisa karena no rekening bca saya tidak ditemukan di aplikasi JMO, sedangkan di BPJSTKU responnya harus datang ke BPJS tk Sudirman) disertai dokumen pelengkap seperti : 1. Fotocopy Kartu Keluarga 2. Fotocopy KTP 3. Fotocopy buku tabungan (kebetulan saya pakai rekening BCA) 4. Fotocopy kartu BPJS TKnya 5. Surat Paklaring perusahaannya jangan lupa yah disertakan juga Info dari CSnya proses kurang lebih 5 hari kerja dana akan ditransfer ke rekening yang sudah didaftarkan. Sekali lagi terimakasih atas Pelayanannya BPJS TK, ternyata sangat good service ?
Looking at the reviews, some people review BPJS TK services to Ilfeel (Ilang feeling), because they are worried that they will not be served properly. Finally got up the courage to come there. Previously I came to BPJS TK Rawamangun to look for information on one of my KPJ No balances that did not accumulate in the total balance. The BPJS TK Rawamangun officer suggested to come to BPJS TK Sudirman for the next process. Because one of the KPJ numbers is no longer active and the Sudirman branch will be assisted for the alignment process. (Good service from Rawamangun Branch officers) I called the Call Center (no: 175) and was advised to go to the Sudirman branch. Came today on October 15, 2021 at 10 am immediately assisted by the security very well. Incidentally, the Sudirman branch was not busy with only 1 CS on duty (Mba Sylvi's name) who helped. Queue only 3 people. He worked very well and was helped to complete the claim process manually (because online claims couldn't because my BCA account number was not found in the JMO application, while at BPJSTKU the response had to come to BPJS tk Sudirman) accompanied by complementary documents such as: 1. Photocopy of Family Card 2. Photocopy of ID card 3. Photocopy of savings book (I happened to use a BCA account) 4. Photocopy of BPJS TK card 5. Don't forget to include the company's Paklaring letter too Information from the CS process takes approximately 5 working days, the funds will be transferred to the account that has been registered. Once again, thank you for the BPJS TK service, it turned out to be very good service ?

There is only one CSO for some time whereas there are 3 slot of CS counter and queue is a lot too
