★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan baik, cepat & jelas, satpamnya pun paham apa yg perlu pengguna bpjs lakukan beliau mmberi penjelasan dg baik, hanya saja kami perlu menunggu utk waktu yg lama sblum giliran kami krn petugas kounter hanya 2org, saya menunggu hampir 1jam
The service is good, fast & clear, the security guard also understands what the user needs to do, he gives a good explanation, it's just that we need to wait for a long time before our turn because the counter attendants are only 2org, I wait for almost 1 hour

Sudah 2x dateng gk bisa di layani langsung malah suruh layanan whatsapp, kantornya tutup aja, udah ngluwangin waktu mesti gini
