The first one is form queue and document check by the security - on this step your document will be checked in case of missing requirement. If you want to register autodebet service, you'll get your form here
The second is document check by bpjs staff - when your requirements are complete, you're able get into this line. You'll get the requirement checklist form. (note: you can buy materai at Pos Indonesia payment counter right in front of you)
After this, take the queue ticket and you can go to the second floor and go to the service counter (finally).
