★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yang disayangkan dari toko ini adalah pelayan yang tidak mengerti promosi apa yang sedang berjalan. Bahkan mengenai kartu keanggotaan saja, mereka cukup bingung untuk menjelaskan kepada saya. Untuk produk, seperti toko buku impor pada umumnya, toko ini belum memiliki variasi yang beragam dan rasanya sulit berkompetisi dengan Toko K.
What is unfortunate from this shop is the waiter who does not understand what promotions are running. Even regarding the membership card, they were quite confused to explain to me. For products, such as imported bookstores in general, this store does not yet have a wide variety and it seems difficult to compete with Toko K.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good book store. The book that are sold mostly imported book, so if you want to buy an imported book this is the best store you can visit. But it's kinda small compared to Gramedia. Sometimes the collection is not complete, but lucky they have online shop where you can purchase the book online and get the book in the store nearby or send directly to your address by jne with shipping fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staffs, been here couple of years, not always the same employee but all of them were overall friendly and helpful. Most discounts were on children's toys, with novel books sometimes. Love how I can place shipment orders through them considering I couldn't order books online.
