ceritanya waktu itu lagi mau ganti HP ke S21 Ultra 512 Black, mumpung lagi ada promo cashback 2,5jt + bonus Air Purifier SAMSUNG AX60 juga, tapi barangnya sempet langka karena memang kebanyakan orang2 lebih suka warna hitamnya. pas masa2 PO dan awal launching juga limited.
waktu itu sempet putus asa telepon sana sini ke cabang2 mall terdekat tapi adanya cuma yg silver. cabang2 lain juga ada yg nomornya udah gak aktif dan ada yang nyambung tapi gak diangkat-angkat pula. sampe akhirnya ketemu lah cabang ini.
malamnya sy coba WA, katanya besok sorenya ready. awalnya sempat ragu dan pesimis karena tau stok warna hitamnya susah di mana-mana. sy juga sempat tinggalin nomor di beberapa cabang lainnya untuk jaga2 kalau misal ada yg ready di antara mereka, tapi ternyata belum ada yg ready juga.
lalu, sekitar jam 5 kurang dikabarin lagi sama staffnya kalau barangnya sudah ada di tempat. terus sy konfirmasi lagi apakah barangnya benar yang Ultra 512 Black (karena masih ragu) dan staffnya ngirimin fotonya (sesuai yg sy lampirkan di ulasan ini) untuk meyakinkan sy.
akhirnya, sy merasa yakin dan pergi ke sana malamnya. begitu sampai di tempat, sy langsung transaksi dengan cicilan 0% 12x dan trade-in dengan HP sy yg sebelumnya. sy mendapatkan diskon dari promo, diskon dari trade-in, bonus air purifier yg nantinya akan dikirimkan langsung ke rumah, dan bonus tumbler lock&lock.
yg membuat sy sangat puas dengan pelayanannya itu karena barang yg sy mau, yg sempat langka itu ada dan ternyata waktu itu juga staffnya secara cuma-cuma hanya menyediakan 1 unit hanya untuk sy meskipun sy enggak DP. dan bonus tumbler yg sy dapatkan itu juga enggak ada di perjanjian. lumayan lah haha

The story is that at that time I wanted to change my cellphone to S21 Ultra 512 Black, while there was a 2.5 million cashback promo + SAMSUNG AX60 Air Purifier bonus too, but the items were rare because most people prefer the black color. During the PO period and the initial launch, it's also limited.
At that time, I was desperate to call here and there to the nearest mall branches but there were only silver ones. There are also other branches whose numbers are not active and some are connected but are not picked up either. until finally found this branch
Last night I tried WA, he said tomorrow afternoon it was ready. Initially I was hesitant and pessimistic because I knew that the black stock was difficult everywhere. I also had time to leave the numbers in several other branches just in case, for example, there were those who were ready among them, but apparently no one was ready either.
Then, around 5 o'clock, the staff was not informed again that the goods were already in place. I will continue to confirm whether the item is the Ultra 512 Black one (because I still have doubts) and the staff sent the photo (as I attached in this review) to convince me.
Finally, I felt sure and went there in the evening. When I arrived at the place, I immediately made a transaction with 12x 0% installments and trade-in with my previous cellphone. I got a discount from a promo, a discount from a trade-in, an air purifier bonus that will be sent directly to my house, and a lock & lock tumbler bonus.
What made me very satisfied with the service was because the item I wanted, which was rare, was there and it turned out that at that time the staff for free only provided 1 unit just for me even though I didn't have a down payment. and the tumbler bonus that I got was also not in the agreement. it's ok haha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barusan mau services hp samsung s21 5G karena kameranya suka ngelag (masih garansi), tapi pegawai wanita (mbanya) disana pelayanannya sangat buruk terhadap kami. Baru pertama kali melihat services dari samsung yg begitu buruk, mbanya galak kaya lagi datang bulan.
Just wanted to service the Samsung S21 5G cellphone because the camera likes to lag (still under warranty), but the female employee (the lady) there has very bad service to us. It's the first time I've seen the service from Samsung, which is so bad, the lady is so fierce that she's having her period again.
