★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasinya ada di dekat sekolah korea atau sebelum pom bensin cipayung. Letaknya berada diantara ruko ruko. Parkiran luas dan para staff juga ramah.
Ruangan teller ada dilantai atas sedangkan CS ada dilantai bawah. Hanya terdapat sedikit kursi didalam untuk ruang tunggu, CS dan Teller juga hanya tersedia masing-masing dua pelayanan. Namun didalamnya cukup nyaman karena ruangan sejuk dan harum.
The location is near the Korean school or before the Cipayung gas station. It is located between shophouses. Ample parking and the staff are also friendly.
The teller room is on the top floor while the CS is on the bottom floor. There are only a few seats inside for the waiting room, CS and Teller are also only available for two services each. But inside it is quite comfortable because the room is cool and fragrant.

Petugasnya helpful, kantornya kecil makanya pengunjungnya terbatas hanya 30 orang perhari, isi buku absen jam 5 pagi, dan ambil nomor antrian mulai di jam buka. Pengalaman yang menyenangkan walaupun masih belum selengkap BSI yg ex BSM, karena BNIS emang baru mulai migrasi akhir agustus ini.

The staff is helpful, the office is small, so visitors are limited to only 30 people per day, fill in the absent book at 5 am, and take the queue number starting at opening hours. It's a nice experience, although it's still not as complete as the ex-BSM BSI, because BNIS has just started migrating at the end of August.
