★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank paling GAK recommended buat di pake pribadi. Kebanyakan ngambil project. Yg negri lah (umkm), yg swasta lah (gaji perusahaan), wilayah ekonomi, pendidikan, semua project diambil ama bank bri. Akibatnya pelayanan ovorload.
Dtg jam 1 buat ke cs, mau benerin kartu yg keblokir udh ga diterima, Yg butuh pelanggang siapa dah?
 Most banks are NOT recommended for personal use. Most take projects. The state one (UMKM), the private one (company salary), the economic area, education, all projects are taken by Bank BRI. As a result the service overload.
It's 1 o'clock to go to cs, want to fix the blocked card is not accepted, who needs customers?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasinya tidak terlalu jauh dari Pasar inpres Ciracas, tepat disamping Luckycell Ciracas.Terdapat 1 mesin ATM setor tunai & 2 mesin ATM Tarik Tunai (waktu datang tadi, mesin ATM terkendala untuk transaksi transfer & AC juga mati ?). Area parkir cukup luas, sedang dibangun ruang ATM lainnya' mungkin nantinya yg lama akan digunakan sebagai pelebaran ruang pelayanan perbankan. Minusnya adalah pelayanan perbankan sangat lama, terlalu banyak nasabah .
The location is not too far from the Ciracas Inpres Market, right beside Luckycell Ciracas. There is 1 ATM cash deposit machine & 2 ATM Cash withdrawal machines (when arriving earlier, the ATM machine is constrained for transfer and AC transactions is also dead ?). Parking area is quite wide, other ATM rooms are being built 'maybe later the old ones will be used as widening banking service spaces. The minus is the banking service is very long, too many customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CS amat sangat tidak ramah. Nasabah mau buka DPLK saya tanya-tanya malah bilang saya ngeyel langsung ditutup telpnya. Tidak perlu ada CS kalau tidak mau dikasih pertanyaan
CS is very, very unfriendly. The customer wants to open a DPLK, I ask questions, instead he says I am nagging and immediately closes the phone. No need for CS if you don't want to be asked questions

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mantul, pelayanan ramah & cepat, walau nunggu 1 jam tp kami penerima BPUM merasa dilayani dgn baik, satpam yg kooperatif, tukang parkir yg jg bnyk membantu, CS n teller yg cepat melayani, thanks
Mantul, friendly & fast service, even though we waited 1 hour but we BPUM recipients felt well served, cooperative security guards, parking attendants who also helped a lot, CS n tellers who were quick to serve, thanks
