★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 hari Dateng pagi2 GK dapet nomer antrian parah. Klau di BNI lain Dateng langsung di kasih nomer antrian kalau GK di data dulu. di sini malah yg Dateng siangan yg Dapet.prah banget yg Dateng pagi2 nyak yg GK dapet kartu.
Harus nya yg Dateng awal di kasih kartu biar yg Dateng siangan yg GK kebagian.
2 days Come in the morning, GK got a bad queue number. If at another BNI, please come directly to the queue number if GK is recorded first. here, the ones who come in the evening get. it's really good that those who come in the morning who don't get the card.
The one who arrived early should be given a card so that the one who came in the afternoon received the GK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong kalau memang pelayanan tidak memadai jangan di ikut pesertakan untuk pembuatan ATM prakerja.orang daftar prakerja karna butuh uang.ko malah di persulit.kemaren datang jam 9 antrian habis sekarang datang jam 8 kurang bilangnya bank nya tutup karna PSBB.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad pelayanan, cs sama security yg soksokan. Mentang² customer kenal sama mereka masa diduluin masuk drpd yg udh antri berjam². Seharusnya pelayanan seperti center² BNI lainnya, walaupun buka jam 9, tetap bagikan dulu nomer antrian dari jam 8. Jadi ketauan yg mana dtng dluan yg mana baru dteng. Klo inimah jam 9 buka, jam 9 (lewatmalahan) baru bagi² nomer antrian, jadi gda kata sosial discanting, yg ada orng malah berebutan nomer???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Org udh dteng dri jam 11 pagi buat ngurus ATM , dibilang securitynya hrs pny persyaratan npwp..saya sdh urus dan sdh jdi..dteng kembali jam 1.30 wib ..ketemu lg dgn security nya ditanya persyaratan lengkp..saya bilang sdh lengkp! Disuruh masuk..nunggg smpe 1 jam lebih ampe mau tutup tuh bank.. baru dibilang stok ATM ny hbis..gak jls bgt... bikin org kesel aja..pelayanannya gk bner... harusny dibilang dari awal saya dtng...ini org sdh panas2an ngurus npwp ke pusatny..pas dteng disuruh nunggu smpe bank nutup baru bilang hbisss.. di tindak tegaslah buat yg pimpinan Bank BNI nya..jgn ngerjain org! Kecewa bgt....
