★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan Buruk Sekali , Ga recomend CS nya Judes beda sama Cabang lain. Kasian BCA jadi jelek namanya karema Kcp Ini.
Very bad service, I don't recommend Judes' CS, it's different from other branches. It's a shame that BCA has a bad name because of this KCP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah antri 40 menit, sampai depan teller, layanan kirim uang sudah tutup, tidak ada info sama sekali dari ketika ambil nomor antrian, padahal sudah ditanya di lantai 1, untuk keperluan apa. Waktu terbuang sia2, tidak efektif

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat tidak memuaskan, Teller ada 3 tapi yang beroperasi cuma 1, udah ambil nomor antrian dan nunggu lama di panggil sesuai nomor antrian, Eh yang ga bawa nomor antrian maen nyelonong bae. Udah gitu saya minta pecahan uang nya ga sesuai lagi. Nama baik perusahaan bakalan rusak dengan Pelayanan kantor cabang yang seperti ini. Mohon di evaluasi lagi kedepan nya
