β β β β β Berangkat jam 7 blm Ada orang gak nulis tau2 sudah antrian 100 jam 8 buka 2jam baru dapat 10 orang ceritanya gimana? Bisa ndak sih sebenarnya terlalu menyepelekan menurut saya

CS lama, antri lama, telat sedikit ngga bisa antri lagi
Tolong kalo ngga bisa ditangani CS offline, lebih baik tingkatkan ke CS online. Jaman udah digital mbok ya ikut perkembangan jaman

β β β β β Pelayanan sangat buruk info kantor buka jam 8.saya tiba di lokasi jam 7 mau ambil antrian kata security sudah penuh perhari 100 orng..sedang di lokasi 50 orng aja belum ada ... Membagongkan

β β β β β Mau ngurus atm keblokir saja ngantrinya 100an lebih di counter CS. Katanya karena pada ngurus bantuan. Pertanyaannya, kenapa tidak dipisahkan antrian loket bantuan dengan antrian cs customer reguler??? Sangat tidak mencerminkan pelayanan bank BUMN??
If you want to take care of an atm, just block it, there are more than 100 queues at the CS counter. He said because he was taking care of help. The question is, why isn't the help counter queue separated from the regular customer cs queue??? Does not really reflect the services of state-owned banks??

Teler and CS only 1 only.. even though Bank Negara Indonesia lost to Bank Rakyat Indonesia in service..
