Sebaiknya SOP utk jam istirahat Teller dan Customer Office diganti, sehingga jam istirahat-pun, nasabah tetap diberikan pelayanan. Sayang, saran dari mas Damar terkait review spt dibawah, belum dilaksanakan oleh manajemen. Mohon diperhatikan kenyamanan customer.

Kecewa, hari ini tertanggal 11 Juni 2019, saya datang pukul 13.30 WIB. Kebetulan saat itu banyak customer yang mengantri ke CS sekitar 8-10 orang. Saya berbincang kemudian dengan satpam yang membantu menjelaskan bahwa bisa dilayani asalkan sebelum jam 15.30 WIB. Alhasil saya keluar untuk makan siang sejenak dan kembali pukul 15.05 WIB. Satpam sudah ganti orang dan memberi keterangan yang berbeda. Kalau jam operasional 16.00 WIB lewat dengan terpaksa akan dilayani esok hari. Mengecewakan memang karena tidak konsisten dalam memberikan keterangan. Tambahan, CS memberikan layanan prima di akhir waktu

Kemarin saya ke bank BNI untuk membuat rekening, tapi waktu antre saya harus digeser dulu oleh CS. Cuma karena dari lantai 2 turun pegawai yang meminta untuk disahulukan dahulu membuat rekeing banyak entah buat keperluan apa ? Al hasil saya harus nunggu 1 jam. Selamat siang BNI Syariah, tadi saya berkunjung ke Bank BNI Syariah Cabang Sragen pukul 12.20, tapi bank dalam keadaan kosong mlompong. Lalu ada security yang datang dari luar datang menanyakan kedatangan kami, kami datang untuk update data, kami di suruh menunggu sampai pukul 13.00 karena CS sedang istirahat. nasabah ke Teller pun diperlakukan sama seperti kami, baru dilayani setelah jam 13.00 (Teller sedang istirahat juga). Kami pun akhirnya berbincang dengan security perihal kondisi seperti itu "katanya sudah biasa karena disini sepi, audit pun sudah memaklumi". Aneh?? sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa yang mengutamakan pelayanan kepada nasabah, sebaiknya kondisi tersebut harus diminimalisasi. istirahat adalah hak setiap karyawan, namun harus bergantian dan merubah jam istirahat karena pada pukul 12.00 nasabah pasti datang, jangan dibiarkan kosong demi keamanan bank walaupun di jaga petugas polisi juga. Sekarang lagi marak perampokan di bank-bank. Sangat disayangkan bank platform merah kalah pelayanannya dengan baik-baik kecil dan swasta. kepercayaan nasabah sangat penting untuk menciptakan service excellent. baik buruknya kepercayaan nasabah tergantung dari pelayanan yang diberikan petugas terutama bank. ___________________________________________ Pada papan nisbah deposito pengaturan waktunya belum di update tertera pukul 12.03 sementara waktu aslinya menunjukkan pukul 12.20, jadi nasabah tidak tahu apakah data yang tertera tersebut adalah benar atau tidak. ___________________________________________ Pukul 16.44 dan 17:39 di telp oleh PT Bank BNI Syariah, perihal pelayanan tersebut. Bagi saya, jika menunggu karena menganteri lebih menyenangkan di bandingkan menunggu karena kosong. Apalagi jam istirahat bagi karyawan adalah waktu yang berharga untuk menuju ke bank apabila bank kosong dan harus menunggu sampai jam istirahat (13.00) selesai, kita pasti kena teguran dari perusahaan. Terima kasih PT Bank BNI Syariah telah memberikan perhatian, saya berharap semoga kedepannya bisa menjadi lebih baik lagi. Amiin.. _________________________________________ Alhamdulillah sore ini tanggal 20 desember 2017 pukul 17:15 PT Bank BNI Syariah datang ke rumah saya untuk silaturahmi, dan meminta maaf perihal kejadian. Ternyata respon yang di peroleh sangat bagus dan memuaskan. Semoga kedepan PT Bank BNI Syariah menjadi lebih baik.

PELAYANAN BURUK. Awal 2019 suruh ganti tabungan sama atm pelayanan kurang baik ga seperti banl syariah. ATM GA DIGANTI mau Bukak Mbanking alasannya jaringannya Eror. 2022 di wa suruh ganti kartu atm. Katanya Eror lagi gabisa.
BAD SERVICE. At the beginning of 2019, I was told to replace savings with atm, the service was not good, not like sharia banking. ATM CANNOT BE REPLACED I want to open Mbanking because the network is Error. 2022 in wa told to change atm card. He said the error is still not working.
