★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dicari di alamat yg tercantum, katanya sdh tutup, sblmnya ditlp gk bs. Lalu cari di google ada no WA nya 085103800388, saya cb WA dia bilang ada di lt. 3 saya tanya roxy mas atau roxy square gk dibalas. Di WA lg ternyata saya sdh di block. Payah bener pelayanan advan ini.
 Looked for the address listed, he said it was closed, before the phone could not be called. Then search on google there is a WA number 085103800388, I cb WA he said it was on lt. 3 I asked Roxy Mas or Roxy Square and I didn't get a reply. In WA again, it turned out that I was blocked. This advan service is really lousy.

-hp sering mati restart sndiri dari awal beli
-aplikasi google semua crash dan keluar² sndri
-buka camera aja crash jg
(Udah dibawa kesini masih sama aja) mungkin sama kang servisnya cmn di reset pabrik. Dahlah kecewa sama produk advan
The cellphone is rotten, especially the advan g5
-hp often dies, restarts itself from the start of the purchase
-the google app all crashes and exits
- just open the camera, it crashes too
(I have brought it here, it's still the same) maybe the service is the same but it was factory reset. Be disappointed with Advan products

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beyond my expectation ya... kesini utk benerin hp asisten rumah tangga kami. Modelnya kaya ruko gt tapi di dalamnya ada counter penerimaan service dan petugasnya sangat ramah. Service center Advan ga cuma di roxy, di cempaka mas juga ada fyi. Hp saya akhirnya harus nginap 1 minggu karena ganti mesin, dan untung masih garansi. Klaimnya pun sangat dibantu. Terima kasih Advan.
Beyond my expectation ... come here to fix our household assistant's cellphone. The model is like a gt shop, but inside there is a service reception counter and the officers are very friendly. Advan's service center is not only in Roxy, but in Cempaka, there is also Fyi. My cellphone finally had to stay 1 week because of changing the engine, and luckily it was still a warranty. His claim was greatly helped. Thanks Advan.
