★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kecewa semua serba lama. Lakuin apapun lama banget. Ngurus atm aja bisa sampe 3 jam.
 Disappointed service all long. Do whatever takes too long. Taking care of the atm can take up to 3 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service pelayanan sgt tidak ramah, tidak inisiatif menawarkan bantuan atau pelayanan yg baik saat customer sudah mengantri berjam jam malah diminta melakukan proses di mesin ATM , membuat customer turun naik tangga 2 kali dikarenakan pelayanan nya yg tidak jelas dan tidak niat membantu sebagai customer service. Tolong diperbaiki SOP pekerjaan nya.
The customer service service is very unfriendly, does not take the initiative to offer assistance or good service when the customer has been queuing for hours instead being asked to process at the ATM machine, making the customer go up and down stairs 2 times because the service is not clear and has no intention of helping as customer service. Please fix the work SOP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ngurus kartu ATM bni taplus anak disini mudah kok pelayanan nya baik sm seperti bank lainnya. Mulai dr pintu masuk udh ditanya baik dan ramah oleh satpamnya namanya pak ibnu seingat saya. Wajar ya kalo kita datang ke bank ditanya satpam keperluan nya apa,dgn kita blg keperluan kita Apa akan dibantu dlm pelayanan agar jd service excellent.
Taking care of the BNI Taplus ATM card for children here is easy, how come the service is good, just like other banks. Starting from the entrance, the security guard was asked nice and friendly, his name is Pak ibn as I recall. It's only natural if we come to the bank and ask the security guard what their needs are, with us telling us what our needs will be. What will be helped in the service so that it becomes service excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kasus biasa bank antri lama tapi Satpam perlu diacungi jempol sangat ramah dan sangat membantu ?????. Staff ramah, hanya saja antrian lama.
The usual case is that the bank queues for a long time but the security guard needs to be given a thumbs up, very friendly and very helpful ?????. The staff is friendly, it's just that the queue is long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya tidak suka dengan cara pelayanan dari satpam bank yg 1 ni, tidak menjelaskan dengan ramah memberikan info yg kurang jelas. mohon ditindak atau ditraning lgi. sangat2 poor pelayanannya, tidak mnecerminkan satpam yg beretika. jujur saya kecewa sekali dengan pelayanan satpam yg terlampir foto tersebut. semoga satpamnya bisa diganti dgn org yg benar2 layak bisa bekerja sbgi satpam.
I don't like the way the service from this 1 bank security guard, doesn't explain in a friendly manner, provides information that is not clear. please act or train again. very poor service, does not reflect an ethical security guard. Honestly, I was very disappointed with the security service attached to the photo. Hopefully the security guard can be replaced with someone who really deserves to work as a security guard.
