Tolong security nya di pecat ganti yang baru!!! Masa sblm jm 8 antrian penuh pdhl orang masih sepi!!! Bilang aj klian malas melayani customer!!!
Please fire the security and replace it with a new one!!! The period before 8pm the queue is full even though people are still quiet!!! Just say that you are lazy to serve customers!!!

Benar2 kecewa dengan pelayanan cabang ini, sama sekali tidak membantu dan tidak memberi solusi. Benar2 beda dengan sebelah. Tolong securitynya di edukasi kembali ya cara yang baik dan sopan melayani customer itu bagaimana.
Really disappointed with the service of this branch, not at all helpful and not providing a solution. Really different from the other side. Please re-educate the security, how is it a good and polite way to serve customers.

Layanannya sangat buruk... msh jam 9.45, customer servicenya yg aktif cm 1. Pas di tanya ke security, jawabnya lg istirahat.. helllow, ini msh pagi.. enak bener kalian ya. utk mengambil ATM saja sy harus antri 2 jam belum lagi Nasabah yg ngantri panas2an di luar.. Oh ya.. yg karyawan bukan kalian doang.. kami nasabah jg ada yg karyawan dan harus meninggalkan kerjaan utk datang ke t4 kerja kalian.. Mhon buat survey kepuasan pelanggan atau sediakan kotak saran.. biar ada evaluasi terhadap layanan pd konsumen
The service is very bad... still at 9.45, the customer service is active cm 1. When asked to security, the answer is taking a break.. helllow, it's still morning.. you guys are really good, aren't you. To take an ATM, I have to queue for 2 hours, not to mention the customers who are queuing hot outside.. Oh yes.. the employees are not just you.. we are customers, there are also employees and have to leave work to come to your t4 work.. Please make a customer satisfaction survey or provide a suggestion box.. so that there will be an evaluation of service to consumers

Ga rekomendasi banget!!! Pelayanannya lama cs dan teller nya jg . Security nya apalagi !!! kurang informatif seharusnya security nya bilang kalo emang offline dan kita yg sudah nunggu dari jam 10 pagi ini bagaimana? Sementara si security bilang offline pas jam set2. Kalo yg ga pd urgent si Okeoke aja , kalo yg urgent gimana? Masa jam set2 harus ke cabang lain sementara cabang lain jam segitu sudah tutup No antrian , kasian yg pada nunggu !!!!! Gak banget!!! Payah !!!! Lain kali harus jelas dan informatif! Thanks
Not really recommend!!! The service is long, cs and the teller too. What's more security !!! less informative the security should have said if it's offline and we've been waiting since 10 this morning how about? Meanwhile the security said it was offline at set2. If it's not urgent, it's okay, what if it's urgent? When the hours are set, you have to go to another branch while other branches at that hour are already closed. No queue, sorry for those who are waiting!!!!! Not really!!! Bad !!!! Next time be clear and informative! Thanks

The most terrible experience I've ever had with the bank. How is it so hard to open new account in this bank. The security is answered me back with high tone of voice. They didn't accept me anymore even though the bank still open for 45 minutes more. And only in this branch of BNI they asked for kartu Keluarga. I came to another two branches yesterday and they didn't mention at all about it as a requirement to open new bank account. I really disappointed with the service of BNI, especially on this branch. If its not because requirement from my new office, seriously I will never ever use this Bank to save my money
