Disini cuma ada 2 counter kasir, dan 1 counter Customer service.
Setiap hari antriannya cukup panjang disini,
Karena tempatnya minim tempat duduk yang disediakan juga minim.
Jadi nasahah banyak yang berdiri saat menunggu antrian.
Ada juga mesin setor tunai dan mesin atm,
Sayangnya saat bank tutup, mesin setor tunai tidak bisa digunakan karna dikunci
Kramat BRI KCP Bank,
Here there are only 2 cashier counters, and 1 Customer service counter.
Every day the queue is quite long here,
Because the place has minimal seating provided is also minimal.
So many people were standing while waiting in line.
There are also cash deposit machines and ATM machines,
Unfortunately, when the bank was closed, the cash deposit machine could not be used because it was locked

Pelayanannya Cukup Baik
Namun Nada Bicaranya sperti Orang yg Tidak pernah di ajarkan Etika Berbicara

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buruk banget! Antara orang mau ambil gaji, pensiunan, sama bantuan dijadiin satu. Tolong banget ya pak bu sistemnya dipisah. Masa orang mau ambil gaji , pensiun, setor tunai doang harus ngalah sama yang ngambil bantuan. Capek banget lansia ibu hamil yang mau ngambil gaji atau pensiunan nunggu kelamaan mana ga di sediain tempat duduk dan harus duduk di pelataran. Bobrok baget sumpah

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Istri saya ingin mencairkan dana UKM. Datang jam 8 pg. Ketika masuk dan mengambil no antrian... diambil sama satpam suruh menunggu... karena satoam bilang sistem ada disatpam.... aneh ya.. sampai jam 12.00 istri saya belum juga dapat pelayanan... katanya ibu dapat no 2 dari bawah... apanya yg dari bawah... Bingung kan. No antrian sudah di print dalam pencarian bank dan kuota sudah ada... makanya dibawa no antrian tersebut.
Istri melihat yg baru datang langsung dilayani dan pulang.
Jadi sistemnya dimana ini BRI.
Mesin di pintu masuk apa artinya... ?
Akhirnya istri memutuskan pulang karena sudah jam 12 .00 sudah 4 jam menanti.... PARAH BENER KAN BANK BRI INI....
My wife wants to disburse SME funds. Come at 8 am. When I entered and took the queue number... the security guard told me to wait... because satoam said there was a security guard.... strange huh.. until 12.00 my wife still didn't get service... she said mom got number 2 from below ... what's from the bottom... Confused right. The queue number has been printed in the bank search and the quota already exists... so the queue number is taken.
The wife saw the new arrivals were served immediately and went home.
So where the system is BRI.
What does the machine at the entrance mean... ?
Finally the wife decided to go home because it was 12 o'clock already 4 hours of waiting...
