β β β β β Sangat tidak direkomendasikan ke BNI cabang Larangan ini. Pelayanan sangatlah buruk, tidak ada koordinasi antara satpam, cs, teller, dan komponen lainnya, yang mengakibatkan harus menunggu hingga berjam-jam untuk sekadar mengurus mbanking yang bermasalah. CS bekerja sangat lamban, dan sering berinteraksi yang tidak perlu satu sama lain, padahal antrean banyak.
Hari ini saya disuruh pulang padahal sudah mengantre 1 jam, alasannya sudah memenuhi kuota pelayanan hari ini, tanpa ada pemberitahuan sebelumnya.
It is not recommended to BNI this Prohibition branch. Service is very bad, there is no coordination between security guards, cs, tellers, and other components, which results in having to wait for hours just to take care of problematic bank loans. CS works very slowly, and often interacts unnecessarily with each other, despite the large queues.
Today I was told to go home even though I had queued for 1 hour, the reason was that I had met today's service quota, without any prior notification.

β β β β β Pelayanan baik csnya ramah.. dan satpamnya keren sabar melayani semua.. jempol pokoknya..
The service is good, the cs are friendly.. and the security guard is cool, patient, serving all.. thumbs up anyway..

β β β β β Dateng jam 9, ngantri sampe jam 1 baru dapet ke cs, nomer antrian yg udah lewat bisa masuk nyerobot. Lah kita yg nunggu dr awal gmn ceritanya
Came at 9, queued until 1 a.m. I just got to cs, queue numbers that have passed can get in. We've been waiting from the start, how's the story?

β β β β β harusnya bank itu , mengutamakan kepentingan nasabahnya , beda wilayah aja suruh urus d wilayah awal padahal ud tinggal d barat hrs urus surat d pusat, beda sm bank sebelah lebih memudahkan yg penting bawa biodata diri lengkap,, ga bagus ,, !
the bank should prioritize the interests of its customers, just tell the different regions to take care of it in the initial area even though you live in the west, you have to take care of the letters at the center, different from the bank next door, it's easier, the important thing is to bring complete personal data, not good,,!

awalnya saya datang hanya cek data bsu aja dan bertanya apakah bisa di cairkan disini.. terus mereka bilang bisa asalkan ada surat keterangan kerja...
Saya tau di tmpt KCP pencairan dana saya ada ribuan rekening bsu yg blm dicairkan dan disana hanya memuat 6 orang per harinya bisa dibayangkan jika hanya 6 orang per hari dari ribuan karyawan yang terdaftar di KCP tersebut, butuh berbulan bulan bahkan tahunan agar dapat cair semuanya.
Keesokan harinya saya sudah membawa surat keterangan kerja dari area manager saya agar saya bisa mencairkan dana bsu di KCP larangan ini tapi harapan tinggallah harapan yang saya dapatkan hanyalah tolakan dari mereka karena mereka tidak mau karena berbagai alasan yg intinya mereka tidak mau memproses lebih lanjut.. jika awalnya dibilang tidak bisa, ya jelas saya tidak akan kesana, 3,5 jam proses yg saya jalanin yg berujung PHP. ?
3,5 jam itu bisa saya manfaatkan untuk dagang donat agar dapur sy tetep ngebul.. tau lah keluarga memiliki 2 anak dan rumah ngontrak dgn gaji setengah. ?
Mungkin mereka gak tau seberapa butuhnya kami akan dana bsu tsb...
Ya sudah lah.. keep healthy semuanya.. untuk security, CS dan managernya semuanya baik dan sopan.. ?
Thank you for PHP in me regarding the disbursement of BSU funds..
At first I just came to check the BSU data and asked if it could be cashed here.. then they said they could as long as there was a work certificate...
I know that at the KCP place for my disbursement of funds there are thousands of BSU accounts that have not been disbursed and there are only 6 people per day, you can imagine if only 6 people per day out of thousands of employees registered at the KCP, it will take months or even years to get everything disbursed.
The next day I brought a work certificate from my manager's area so that I could withdraw the BSU funds at the KCP for this ban, but the only hope that I got was rejection from them because they didn't want to for various reasons, basically they didn't want to process it further.. if at first you say you can't, then obviously I won't go there, the 3.5 hour process that I went through which ended in PHP. οΈ
I can use those 3.5 hours to trade donuts so that my kitchen is still bubbling.. you know the family has 2 children and a rented house with half a salary. οΈ
Maybe they don't know how much we need the BSU funds...
That's all right.. keep healthy everyone.. for security, CS and the manager are all kind and polite.. ?
