★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antrinya lama sekali, pelayanan Customer service nya tidak cepat dan membuat nasabah menumpuk dan menunggu sangat lama lebih dari 3 jam lebih, ini membuat kerumunan di area di luar BNI karena kurangnya tempat untuk menunggu dan leletnya customer service.
The queues are very long, the customer service is not fast and makes customers pile up and wait very long for more than 3 hours, this makes crowds in areas outside BNI because of the lack of places to wait and slow customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya kurang memuaskan tgl 17 kemarin saya mau cairin BSU oleh petugas malah maksa saya suruh buka tabungan dana pensiun katanya sekalian pak dengan alasan karena dia sudah ngbantu cairin dana bsu tapi langsung saya tolak terus dia marah2 sewot sampai ngbanting pulpen sama formulir penarikan uangnya bagi saya ini sangat aneh baru kali ini saya temuin pegawai bank khusus BNI songong bgt gak punya etika gak sopan sama custumer
