★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cabang baru di Deltamas. Akhirnya setelah menunggu sekian lama, ada juga Bank BCA di daerah deltamas.
Mesin atm semua baru, ada mesin khusus cetak kartu/aktifasi mbanking. Bapak securitynya helpfull banget.
New branch in Deltamas. Finally, after waiting for a long time, there is also a BCA Bank in the Deltamas area.
ATM machines are all new, there are special card printing / banking activation machines. Mr security is very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat sulit hanya membuat Rekening saja,dipersulit di buat bolak balik dan akhirnya cs nya bilang tidak bisa dengan alasan ktp tidak sesuai,tapi setelas saya ke Lippo langsung bisa dan Sangat cepat
Saran saja agar lebih beretika dalam bicara dan tidak merendahkan org lain
It's very difficult to just create an account, made it difficult to make back and forth and finally the cs said it couldn't because the ID card didn't match, but after I went to Lippo it was immediately possible and very fast
Just a suggestion to be more ethical in speaking and not demeaning other people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya yg d berikan mulai dari awal pintu masuk sampai melakukan transaksi cukup baik.. tempatnya bersih n cukup dingin alias nyaman..
Toiletnya jg masih bersih, mungkin karena banknya blm lama beroperasi atau mungkin blm banyak org yg tau, kalau d daerah perumahan Kota Delta Mas ada KCP BCAnya sekarang.
Yg pasti, tlng selalu d pertahankan yah pelayanan untuk k dpnnya.. ???
Mesin ATMnya pun ada bbrp d lantai bawah. Jadi kalaupun ngantri harusnya sih ga lama2 banget yah.. ?
tp sayang, kl k BCA di sini rukonya d kenakan biaya parkir..
Tp mau gimana lagi, ttp kudu d lakoni. Karena dkt dgn tempat tinggal ?
