β β β β β Antriannya luamaaaaa banget. Cuma mau ngeprint buku tabungan saja harus nunggu satu jam. Teller berjejer, tertulis ada 6, tapi masing-masing sibuk dg pekerjaannya. Yang aktif melayani cuma 1 loket saja. Benar-benar menguji kesabaran. Walaupun tempat tunggu nyaman, tetap saja acara menunggu tidak nyaman.
 The queue is really awesome. Just want to print a savings book just to wait an hour. Teller is lined up, there are 6 written, but each is busy with his job. Only 1 counter is active. Really test your patience. Although the waiting area is comfortable, the waiting program is still uncomfortable.

β β β β β Mau ke CS aja udah antri 3 hari sampe skrg blm tertangani. Pertama antrian no.114 gk kepanggil no 2 antrian 108 gk kepanggil juga. Hari ke 3 jam 7.15 udah ambil no ke bni diks no.antrian no 86 ama security nya ... Eh sampe jam 10 pagi CS masih menangani antrian no.7 ??ββοΈ . Alamatttt gk ke panggil lagi nih. Bener2 kecewa atas playanannya
I just want to go to CS, I've been queuing for 3 days until now it hasn't been handled. First, queue no. 114 didn't call, no. 2, queue 108 didn't call either. Day 3 at 7.15 am already taking the number to BNI Diks No. Queue No. 86 and the security... Uh until 10 am CS is still handling queue No. 7 οΈ . The address is not being called again. Really disappointed with the play

β β β β β Nunggu antrian bisa ditinggal ke jogja dulu, muterin malioboro, sampe nonton bioskop, sampe balik lagi ke sini dan yg dilayani baru sampe antrian 22. GWS
Waiting for the queue can be left to Jogja first, play Malioboro, watch the cinema, come back here and only serve until queue 22. GWS

β β β β β Dateng hari pertama antrian ke 62. Dan sampai bank tutup tidak dapet penanganan.
Dateng lagi hari kedua dapet antrian ke 62 juga, dan...berfikir negatif. Apakah saya tidak dapet panggilan lagi? Udah hampir 2 jam cuma bergulir 2 antrian.
Ada bintang setengah gak sih.
Apakah smua bank BNI begini?
Came the first day of the 62nd queue. And until the bank closed there was no handling.
Came again on the second day, got the 62nd queue too, and thought negatively. Am I not getting any more calls? It's been almost 2 hours just rolling 2 queues.
Is there a half star or not?
Are all BNI banks like this?

β β β β β Dulu sih pelayanan baik, sekarang malah kurang bagus, antrian menumpuk setiap harinya, pelayanan kaku banget apalagi kalau udh ketemu para satpam ... pusing dunk malah bikin bingung, perbaharui kartu atm sudah 2 bulan belum selesai2, jadi belum bisa tarik atau setor tunai lewat mesin atm, ngga ngerti kendalanya dimana ... cepet dikit biar gak selalu antri ... kan semua punya kesibukan
In the past, the service was good, now it's even less good, queues pile up every day, the service is really stiff, especially when you meet the security guards... the dizzying dunk even makes you confused, renewing your atm card has not been completed for 2 months, so you can't withdraw or deposit cash through atm machine, don't know where the problem is... hurry up a bit so you don't always have to queue... everyone is busy
