★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya sangat ramah, ruang tunggu yg nyaman, petugas teller dan cs serta satpamnya yg ramah banget hanya saja untuk ATM nya terlihat dalam kondisi bekas tapi lumayan lancar untuk bertransaksi jarang error tapi belum dilengkapi dengan ATM yang untuk setoran tunai padahal bank lain sudah ada ya mudah2an kedepannya sudah dilengkapi mungkin hanya itu saja kekurangannya yg lainnya sudah cukup bagus.
The service is very friendly, the waiting room is comfortable, the teller and CS officers and security guards are very friendly, it's just that the ATM is seen in used condition but it is quite smooth for transactions, rarely errors but not yet equipped with ATMs for cash deposits even though other banks already exist, it's easy. in the future it has been equipped, maybe that's all the other drawbacks are quite good.
