β β β β β 22 desember 2021, datang kesini untuk proses bikin kartu ATM untuk program pemerintah PIP yang di terima adik ipar saya, datang jam setengah 7 pagi baru sampai diarahkan parkir di pinggir jalan (wow Bank BUMN setingkat KCU tidak punya lahan parkir untuk pengunjung/nasabahnya sendiri)
Ketika bertanya dengan petugas security yang berjaga di pos masuk, wow menjawab pertanyaan pun dengan nada tidak sopan dan terlihat sekali keberatan di tanya
setelah itu saya dapat nomor antrian 38 dan disuruh menunggu di area parkir motor karyawan, disediakan fasilitas sofa untuk menunggu not bad. Jam 8 lewat petugas security mulai memanggil satu persatu yang mengantri untuk mengurus bansosnya (baik PIP, PHK dan BSU) namun tiba tiba ada security yang menginformasikan bahwa PIP kolektif dari salah satu SMA nnegeri daerah kabupaten harap berkumpul (wow PIP ini ternyata bisa kolektif juga ya? apa karena ada "the power of orang dalam"? padahal ketika saya mengurus buku tabungan PIP adik saya sebelumnya di BNI Plaza BSD para pengurus PIP datang perorangan) kemudian hal unik terjadi ketika sekitar pukul 10 sebelum saya pergi ke toilet, saya mendengar nomor antrian yang dipanggil nomor 11 setelah saya selesai dari toilet ternyata nomor antrian saya berubah dari 38 menjadi 28 karena adik saya diminta untuk menukarkan nomor antrian tersebut, dan terlihat ada kerumunan di depan ruangan pengurusan bansos tersebut yang mana tadinya tidak ada dan yang tadinya petugas security memanggil satu persatu nomor antrian sekarang berubah dengan petugas security yang hanya memanggil yang berkerumun di depan pintu tersebut (apakah ini "the power of orang dalam itu"?) pantas saja banyak yang mengeluhkan SOP pelayanan dari kantor ini baik dari nasabah umum maupun orang yang ingin mengurus program bantuan dari pemerintah

after that I got queue number 38 and was told to wait in the employee motorbike parking area, provided sofa facilities to wait for not bad. At 8 past the security officers started calling one by one who was queuing up to take care of the social assistance (both PIP, layoffs and BSU) but suddenly there was security who informed that collective PIP from one of the district high schools should gather (wow, this PIP can actually be collective, right? ? Is it because there is "the power of insiders"? Even though when I took care of my sister's PIP passbook earlier at BNI Plaza BSD, the PIP administrators came individually) then a unique thing happened when around 10 o'clock before I went to the toilet, I heard the queue number who was called number 11 after I finished from the toilet, it turned out that my queue number changed from 38 to 28 because my sister was asked to exchange the queue number, and there was a crowd in front of the social assistance management room which was not there and the security guard called one one by one the queue number is now changing with the security officers only calling the crowds in the area At the front door (is this "the power of insiders"?) it's no wonder that many complain about the service SOPs from this office, both from general customers and people who want to take care of aid programs from the government

β β β β β 1. Lack of parking space (only cars are allowed to park in the bank yard)
2. Security guard is not friendly (rude and sometimes yells)
3. The queue is too long (if quota of queue was full, the security guard at the gate please notify to customers)
4. The customer service counter is very slow.
If you want to create an bank account, I suggest going to another bank ( Bank Mandiri or BCA).
I'm giving a bad review because have been 2 years that no service improvement.
