Buka jam 8 kesitu jam 9 ditolak krna antrian penuh, memang sangat ramai nasabah yg mengantri padahal baru jam 9 dan bbrpa waktu yg lalu saat saya kesitu keadaanpun sprti itu knpa nda ada pembenahan ? Jika mmg yg jga nda bisa mengatasi knpa nda di tambah ? Bagi nasabah yg urgent jelas ini mengecewakan...

Dua kali ke BNI dan batal karena melihat antrean yang cukup banyak padahal baru jam 8 pagi. Mungkin sebagian besar yang antre tersebut sedang mengurus pencairan BSU, namun hal ini jelas mengganggu kenyamanan nasabah yang datang karena memang urgent. Masukan buat BNI KCP ungaran: sebaiknya antrean BSU disendirikan/dibuatkan jalur atau antrean khusus sehingga customer/ nasabah Reguler bisa tetap nyaman. Tolong diperbaiki layanannya
Twice to BNI and canceled because I saw quite a lot of queues even though it was only 8 am. Maybe most of those in line are taking care of BSU disbursement, but this clearly disturbs the convenience of customers who come because it is urgent. Input for ungaran BNI KCP: it is better if the BSU queue is separated / made a special line or queue so that regular customers / customers can stay comfortable. Please improve the service

Pengalaman saya, transfer via mobile banking ke lembaga sosial 1 kali tapi di sistem sampai terbaca 7 kali.... sudah lama blm ada tidak lanjut, setelah 2-3 kali "mengunjungi", dmnta nmr telp katanya sorenya mau di call..sdh bbrapa minggu kok blm ada tndak lanjut...mungkin sibuk nasabahnya banyak.. saya tunggu progressnya...kok transfer tanpa notif 6 kali

CS yang menangani cuma 1 padal antrean banyak . ini cs yg lain ngapain? harusnya klo jam kerja aktif fokus nangani nasabah dulu reguler baru pembekersaan lainnya setelah jam nasabah reguler selesai . di rumah sakit saja pasien datang ditangani dulu oengurusan rekam medis belakangan setelah pasien selesai ditangani. lah ini malah pemberkasan dulu baru masabah aneh

Bener2 lama banget dateng jam 9 dapet antrean 36 ga dipanggil2 sampe jam setengah 3. Udah ditinggal nyari makan pas kesana masih nomor 29. Pas masuk di dalem masih nunggu juga ternyata customer servis cuma 2. Melayani nya lambat banget malah ngajak ngobrol, ngajak cerita orang lama banget sampaii antrean panjang. TOLONG!! fokus aja ke kerjaan kak. Kasian yang ngantri lamaa lama malah lambat banget pelayanan nya.!!!

Kapok ngurus layanan perbankan disini! Datang jam 09.00 WIB sudah dapat nomor antrian 32. Customer servis yg melayani hanya 2 kadang malah cuma 1. Bawa anak balita kesini ga boleh duduk di dalam ruangan harus jaga jarak (ruang tunggu juga kecil tidak memadai). Alhasil nunggu di luar samping kantor sudah ada kursi. Tetapi sayangnya kursi penuh dg nasabah yg samaΒ² sedang mengantri. Ya sudahlah mengalah berdiri sambil gendong anak. Menunggu sampai no antrean dipanggil skitar pukul 12.00 wib eh malah disuruh pulang sama satpam yg rada tua dg alasan CS nya sudah terlalu banyak melayani nasabah. Padahal hari itu juga saya harus mengurus buku tabungan dan ATM yg terblokir yg kebetulan datanya ditunggu oleh pendamping bansos. SiaΒ² kan sudah nunggu selama 3 jam malah disuruh pulang. Satpam yg muda memberikan informasi kalau mau dapat nomor antrean awal harus ambil nomor H-1. Hello apakah ini pelayanan yg tepat utk bank pemerintah?? Parahnya lagi di Ungaran cuma ada 1 bank BNI. Ada 1 lagi di daerah Karangjati. Semenjak saat itu kalau sy ada masalah dg layanan perbankan BNI mendind ngurus di BNI KCP Srondol atau yg di PLN Jatingaleh Semarang. Pelayanan lebih manusiawi tidak membuat orang kecewa dan kecapaian. Tolong pelayanan BNI KCP Ungaran diperbaiki. Tidak perlu ngambil nomor antrean sehari sebelum nya.

Hello, is this the right service for government banks?? Worse yet, there is only 1 BNI bank in Ungaran. There is one more in the Karangjati area. Since then, if I have a problem with BNI's banking services, I'll take care of it at BNI KCP Srondol or at PLN Jatingaleh Semarang. A more humane service does not make people disappointed and tired. Please improve the BNI KCP Ungaran service. No need to take the queue number the day before.

Maaf ini kenapa yaa dengan BNI, saya pertama kali datang ke sini utk mengurus atm yg katanya penyalahgunaan kartu Waktu pertama satpamnya enak memberikan penjelasan tetapi setelah dapat no antrian kok lama sekali, di bagian luar jg sudah penuh dan tidak ada satu pun yang dipanggil, jika antrian sedang penuh yg menunggu dengan berdiri dan jongkok dan ini menunggu diluarr. Tolong yaaa mas mbak bank jika tau solusinya soalnya jg kasian jika ada org tua , wanita hamil atau yg badan tubuhnya kurang fit, saya memberikan semoga bisa membantu kedepannya.

Pelayanan cs bni ini sangatlah buruk, datang jam 8 antrian sudah 60an, saat tanya satpam katanya harus antri h-1, menurut saya itu tidak seharusnya dilakukan bank yang notabene bank pemerintah. Bayangkan dari jam 8 sd jam 12 antrian yang baru dipanggil hanya belasan, yang kena antrian 60an lalu kapan dipanggil? Tengah malam?lha konsultasi sama CS demit pow? Kalau seperti itu pelayanan BNI Ungaran, maka saya yakin akan banyak nasabah yang pindah bank dari BNI ke bank swasta yang pelayanan nasabahnya terutama CS lebih manusiawi. Kalau pelayanan seperti itu maka nasabah-nasabah yang perlu pelayanan urgent kayak atm tertelan, ke blokir, atau ada kebutuhan mendesak untuk buka rekening saya yakin akan terdzolimi dg skema pelayanan seperti itu Seharusnya BNI Ungaran memahami apa yang menjadi keluhan nasabahnya, di komentar komentar bawah banyak yang mengalami hal yang sama seperti saya, jangan merasa karena kantor kecil sehingga menganggap permasalahan yang dikeluhkan nasabah terutama untuk CS menjadi masalah yang kecil Sekali lagi BNI Ungaran dengarkanlah keluhan nasabah, daripada nasabahnya pada pindah ke bank lain yang lebih manusiawi
