★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Security keren dan tegas, sayangnya cs lemot tp bikin betah di ruangan sih, adem daripada antri diluar, lumayan bisa ngadem gratis...
Enak tuh klo kesini pas puasa, masuk sahur keluar pas buka....
Alhamdulillah waktunya buka puasa... Seharian bengong kayak sapi ompong nunggu cs kelar dan hanya 2 orang....
Cs... Jangan pernah semangat yak!!
 Security is cool and firm, unfortunately cs is slow but it makes you feel at home in the room, it's cool rather than queuing outside, it's okay to be able to cool for free...
It's good to come here when fasting, enter sahur when you open....
Thank God it's time to break the fast... All day dumb like a toothless cow waiting for cs to finish and only 2 people....
Cs... Don't ever get excited, ok!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luas nya terlalu kecil dengan melayani jumlah nasabah yg besar di wilayah Karangjati, karena banyak perusahaan yg bermitra dengan BNI dalam sistem penggajian karyawan. Perlu di tambah CS dalam melayani costumer, Nah ini yg paling utama Jam kerja... Seharusnya jam 8 itu sudah buka dan menerima costumer, eh ini malah kadang mulai melayani jam 08.30 atau jam 9. Kadang beberapa oknum security tidak ramah dan tidak mengenakkan.
The area is too small to serve a large number of customers in the Karangjati area, because many companies have partnered with BNI in the employee payroll system. Need to add CS in serving customers, Now this is the most important Working hours... It should have been open at 8 and accepting customers, this sometimes even starts serving at 08.30 or 9. Sometimes some security personnel are not friendly and uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ngapain tulisannya masih buka nyatanya masuk malah di suruh balik lagi aturan itu tulisan bukanya diganti tutup woiii. Kesana jam2 kurang udah ga bisa, pdhal kmern dicabang lain masih diterima. ??????????
Why is the writing still open, in fact it came in and was ordered to come back again, the rule was that the writing was replaced with a closed woiii. I can't go there at less than 2 hours, even though it's still accepted at other branches. ️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Review nya jelek semua tp gak ada pembenahan, sejak Covid melanda, malah jam kerjanya dikurangi tp gak berusaha nambah SDM, padahal byk yg membutuhkan karyawan2 urusan masalah ATM/buka rekening. Mknya ada penilaian, bank terbaik jatuh keswasta. Semoga kedepan nya bisa lebih baik
The reviews are all bad but there is no improvement, since Covid hit, the working hours have been reduced but they don't try to add human resources, even though there are many who need employees for ATM problems/opening accounts. Because there is an assessment, the best banks go private. Hopefully in the future it will be better
