★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dicabang BNI pondok bambu ini petugas nya khususnya security TIDAK MELAKUKAN SOP PELAYANAN THD NASABAH YG SEHARUSNYA DILAKUKAN namun HANYA MELAKUKAN YG SENANG UNTUK DILAKUKAN dtg pukul 2 dikasih antrian giliran antrian sudah dekat dibilang tutup padahal di goegle tutup jam 4 sekelas BNI tidak memanusiakan nasabah sebagai mana mestinya
Bekerja lah sesuai amanah harusnya punya empati & tanggung jawab

Tapi untuk Teller hanya buka 2 sj, pdhal jika dkt lebaran banyak nasabah yg ingin tukar uang baru.
