Masya Allah banget pelayanan mbak costumer servicenya. Bener² baik, aman, dan menenangkan. Bisa menyelesaikan masalah perbankan secara baik. Alhamdulillah. Lokasinya juga cukup strategis. Tempat tunggunya nyaman. Mempermudah nasabah dalam mengurus perbankan.

Masya Allah, the customer service is really the service. Really good, safe, and relaxing. Can solve banking problems well. Alhamdulillah. The location is also quite strategic. The waiting place is comfortable. Make it easier for customers to manage banking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senin 4 okt 2021. Tidak terima peralihan/penggantian buku & ATM dari BSM ke BSI. Padahal penggantian buku terakhir di cabang ini.
Juga tidak bisa menutup rekening BSM, penutupan hanya pada KCP tempat buka.
Monday 4 October 2021. No transfer/replacement of books & ATMs from BSM to BSI. Though the replacement of the last book in this branch.
Also cannot close BSM accounts, closing only at the KCP where it is opened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank syariah tapi ga mencerminkan asas islam, yang pakaiannya bagus boleh masuk, yang bajunya ga bagus dijemur diluar. Padahal udh scan barcode peduli lindungi. Masih mending bank Riba, di hargain. Bank yg katanya islami malah ga diperlakuin kaya manusia.
Islamic banks but do not reflect Islamic principles, those whose clothes are good are allowed to enter, those whose clothes are not good are dried outside. Even though I have scanned the barcode, I care about protecting it. It's still better for usury banks to be appreciated. Banks that are said to be Islamic are not treated like humans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kok satpamnya rasis ya? Saya sama ayah saya di jemur matahari ga boleh masuk diluar, tapi ibu2 yang pakaiannya lebih modis dibolehin masuk? Ayah saya sudah tua dijemur gitu ga kasian apa? Udah scan barcode peduli lindungi masih juga disuruh tunggu luar. Besok satu keluarga saya ajak buat tutup rekening bank syariah abal2 ini, besok saya bawa mobil sekalian biar ga dipandang sebelah mata. Semoga kepala cabangnya di kantor biar saya tegor langsung dia. Anda bawa nama2 syariah tapi kelakuan rasis bgini. Malu!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jam istirahat nya kelamaan, pake tidur siang dan mandi kali ya? Utk makan dan solat saya rasa tdk harus menghabiskan waktu sampai 1 jam lebih. Pelayanan sangat mengecewakan. Saran mungkin bisa istirahat bergantian sehingga tidak menggangu pelayanan.
The rest time is later, use a nap and take a shower, huh? To eat and pray, I don't think I have to spend more than 1 hour. Very disappointing service. Suggestions may be able to take turns taking turns so that they do not interfere with service.
