Parah ampun ampun jelek bngt SERVICE nya. Orang mau transaksi byr uang kuliah, malah diceramahin teller, kalo kunjungan berikut nya mau datang setor duitnya harus dirapihin dulu (urutin kepalanya). Alasannya biar gak manjang manjangin antrian. Beda banget sm bank sebelah SERVICE nya. Gw sih gak bakal mau datang lagi ke sana yaaaaa
Seriously, my goodness, the SERVICE. People want to do transactions with tuition fees, instead being lectured by a teller, if the next visit is to come, deposit the money must be tidied up first (order his head). The reason is so as not to prolong the queue. It's really different from the bank next to the SERVICE. I won't come there again

BNI KCP Modernland customer service ( a/n : Anggun )-, harus belajar publik speaking. Sumpah nyolot banget ke nasabah yang perlu pelayanan . Beda jauuuuhhh dengan cs sebelum nya. Apalagi di banding bank M**RI . Kalo ga mau kerja interaksi dg manusia. Jd robot saja Antrian nasabah cs banyak pegawai CS auto nyolot.. ??. Nasabah umur 80 tahun mau print buku aja ribet. Yg sehat walafiat di dahulukan

gila gaakan dtg gw ke sini. satpamnya gw tanya baik2 krn gw gadapet antrian udh tunggu 30 menitan dan dia malah nyolot bilang β€œsabar mba nih mesin lg rusak” iya gw tau dia lg cape tp attitude itu penting!!! will never come back here !!!
it's crazy to come here. I asked the security guard carefully because I didn't have a queue, I waited 30 minutes and he even persisted and said "Be patient, ma'am, the machine is broken again" Yes I know he's tired but attitude is important!!! will never come back here !!!

Kenapa ya setiap mau daftar pencairan BSU selalu di tolak ?jawabn nya selalu penuh.di suruh dteng pagi2 buta dteng jam 5:30 buat pendaftaran tpi jawbn sama selalu penuh dan penuh.tolong dong mksd nya apa ini

Kejadian lagi hari ini !! Heran saya sama teller di BNI ini, PERCUMA saya pegang nomor antrian kalo ujung2nya dipanggil ga berdasarkan nomor, ASAL TUNJUK, saya setiap kesini selalu di langkahin, awal2 ga terlalu ngeh, lama2 saya perhatikan kok ternyata asal tunjuk begini (org yg tujuannya ke teller, bukan yg dari cs trs ke teller ya) giliran saya udh maju, udah kesel baru di panggil sesuai antrian, gimana sih, nunggu ada org marah2 dulu ya, baru di jalankan sesuai prosedurnya, padahal satpam dan cs oke dan saya nasabah lama yg hampir rutinitas kesitu - efek pandemi (ganti ganti orang teller kali ya jadi gini, padahal sebelum pandemi tellernya oke oke saja) males bgt mau transaksi kesini, kalo ga karna urgent bgt, mending cari bni lain !!

I'm surprised by the teller at BNI, it's useless if I hold the queue number if the end is not called based on the number, as long as it's POINTING, I'm always stepped here every time, at first it's not too weird, after a long time I noticed how come it turned out like this (the person who went to the teller, not the one from cs trs to the teller) my turn has come, I'm tired, I just got called according to the queue, what do you do, wait for someone to get angry first, just run according to the procedure, even though the security guard and cs are okay and I'm an old customer who is almost routine there - the effect of the pandemic (changed the teller person this time, so this time, even though before the pandemic the teller was okay) I'm too lazy to do transactions here, if it's not because it's really urgent, it's better to find another BNI!!

Ada apa dengan BNI nih, bukannya dipermudah malah makin dipersulit. Udah ada sistem m banking untuk mempermudah malah ga jalan sistemnya jd tetap aja harus ke kantor BNI, padahal kalau sistemnya jalan ga akan berkerumun kaya gini.
What's wrong with BNI, instead of making it easier, it makes it more difficult. There is already an m banking system to make it easier and the system doesn't even work, so you still have to go to the BNI office, even though if the system works, there won't be crowds like this.
