★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aneh banget, masa yg mau buka buku tabungan baru harus warga domisili Tangerang, padahal di cabang lain saya tanya Teman bisa kalau domisili luar, di google juga bilangnya bisa, aneh banget ga profesional?
 It's really weird, if you want to open a new savings book, you have to be a resident of Tangerang, even though at another branch, I asked a friend if you can do it if you live outside, on Google they also said you can, it's very strange not professional ?

Udah ganti kartu nyoba pin salah mlu padahal pin bener eh saya yang diomelin Kata dia suruh di ulang2 lagi!BIKIN KESEL. SATPAM YANG SATU LAGINYA RAMAH!!! Dan keblokir dia langsung ngambil kartu aku dr atm gt ngambilnya juga ga santai! Pake ngatain org pikun dll Ingetan saya masih KUAT. DAN LANGSUNG DIGANTI KARTUNYA TANPA SEIZIN GUE. PADAHAL BISA AJA NANTI GUE BIKIN LAGI JADI 2X POTONGAN!! PADAHAL BUNTUT DIATM GW PAS. TOLONG PELAYANANYA YANG RAMAH BUAT SATPAM YANG DIBAWAH INI.

And blocked he immediately took my card from the atm gt took it too not relaxed! Using it to protect senile people etc. My memory is still STRONG. AND THE CARD IS IMMEDIATELY CHANGE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. BUT CAN ONLY I'LL MAKE IT AGAIN IN 2X CUTIES!! EVEN THOUGH GW'S HEAD DIATM IS FIT. PLEASE FRIENDLY SERVICE FOR THE SATPAM BELOW.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This office occupied two storey building, good services but sometimes long queue happen on second floor. There are three ATMs inside. The road in front of it is bad. Update: pemanently closed.

Went to the teller to do transfer to an overseas bank on my lunch break.
When i got there, I asked the staff at the door if i can do this at this particular branch, he said yes. So i went to the teller section and ask the staff again to make sure i can do that and he says yes. So i took a number, waited about 20 minutes until a lady comes around asking everyone what they're there for. And she told me that i can't do the international bank transfer, I can only do it on up to 10 am in the morning at this particular branch (time limit 2 pm at a bigger branch).
What a waste of time
