Pelayanan nya kurang baik, tidak mengutamakan costumer. Seharusnya kalo tidak bisa dapet jadwal anterian tidak usah di kasih tiket anterian nya, ini udah dapet tiket anterian, udah lama juga nunggu, eh bank nya malah tutup. Kirain masih bisa dapet panggilan, malah disuruh besok lagi. Seharusnya kalo anterinya sampe 50 harus diselesaikan juga 50 walaupun sudah lewat jam pulang, dari satpam nya juga dikasih arahan kalo lebih dari 50 udah gabisa jangan di kasih aja. Semoga kedepannya bisa lebih diperhatikan dan lebih baik lagi. Terima kasih.

Supposedly if the queue is up to 50, you have to finish 50 even though it's past time to go home, the security guard is also given instructions if it's more than 50, you can't just give it. Hopefully in the future we can pay more attention and be better. Thank you.

Antri dr pagi. Tapi gk ada nomor antrian yg bsa diambil. Jadi gk jelas dpt nmor urut berapa. Harusnya no antrian langsung taruh aja di meja. Biar pada ambil sendiri klo yg dteng awal.

Ruangan tidak terlalu besar, dan di selasa siang saat saya datang cukup sepi, tidak perlu antri lama. Ibu satpam dan CS ramah dan helpful. Saya ganti kartu baru, disini tidak perlu menyertakan surat kehilangan dari kepolisian, jadi sangat membantu, tidak repot harus kesana kemari. Terimakasih BNI Kc. Juanda..

cuma disini BNI KCP JUANDA, suruh datang pagi dari awal jam 06.30 WIB tapi buka cabangnya jam 8.30 untuk antri pengambilan nomor, jam 9 baru di buka. ITU PUN KALO GAK NGARETTTTTTT. percuma 3 satpam tapi progress gak jelas, siapa yang dapet duluan nomernya dia yg dapet kecuali yang duduk udah pasti dapat nomernya. di BNI Kemang alur progressnya jelas dia datang duluan nama di catat mulai dari jam 6.30 dan ambil nomor di jam 8.30. harusnya banyak banyak belajar di BNI kemang untuk alur nya seperti apa, satpam cuma 1 tapi progress untuk transaksinya oke banget. sehari cuma 20 nasabah untuk CS selama pandemi disini, udah gitu cuma 1 CS mungkin karena WFH kali yak. semoga setelah pandemi selesai atau bahkan masih pandemi gini progressnya yang jelas untuk antri pengambilan nomor biar lebih adil dan orang gak nunggu lama lama. Ya kaya sabda sahabat Nabi aja, gini : Abu Hurairah ra, Nabi SAW, bersabda:"Barang siapa yang melepaskan satu kesusahan orang mukmim, pasti Allah melepaskan darinya satu kesusahan pada hari kiamat. Barang siapa yang menjadikan mudah urusan orang lain, pasti Allah akan memudahkannya di dunia dan di akhirat." Semoga kita selalu dalam lindungan-Nya. ??
only here at BNI KCP JUANDA, ordered to come early at 06.30 WIB but open the branch at 8.30 to queue for number collection, at 9 it just opened. THAT'S EVEN IF IT DOESN'T WORK. it's useless 3 security guards but the progress is not clear, who gets the number first, he gets it except for the one sitting, he definitely gets the number. at BNI Kemang the progress flow is clear, he comes first, the name is recorded starting at 6.30 and takes the number at 8.30. there should be a lot to learn at BNI Kemang as to what the flow is, there is only 1 security guard but the progress for the transaction is really good. only 20 customers a day for CS during the pandemic here, it's like that only 1 CS maybe because of WFH times huh. I hope that after the pandemic is over or even if it's still a pandemic, the progress is clear for queuing for numbers so that it's fairer and people don't wait long. Yes, just like the words of the Prophet's companions, like this: Abu Hurairah ra, the Prophet SAW, said: "Whoever relieves a believer of a difficulty, Allah will surely relieve him of a difficulty on the Day of Resurrection. Whoever makes the affairs of others easy, surely Allah will make it easy for him in this world and in the hereafter." May we always be in His protection. ??

Pengalaman saya datang kesana untuk buka rekening baru, datang sebelum jam 8 sudah rame, ga lama satpam bagiin nomor antrian, kirain bakal sebentar ternyata lama bgt nunggu sampe sakit kepalaku jam set 12 siang baru bisa masuk ke dalem, itu pun antri lagi sama beberapa orang, pas sampe dalem satpam nya bilang kalo buka rekening lewat online, udah mumet diluar didalem dibikin bete ya karna ga ada info apa2 sebelumnya, sepanjang bikin rekening saya banyak bertanya ke satpam karna udah mumet tapi akhirnya malah bikin dari awal lagi lewat cs dikarenakan buka rekening lewat online nya gagal terus.

Beberapa kali kesini, pelayanan ramah, tidak terlalu ramai, cepat, dan ruangan lumayan lega. Namun sayang parkir kurang lebar untuk mobil, kalau untuk motor sudah cukup.
Been here several times, friendly service, not too crowded, fast, and the room is quite spacious. But unfortunately the parking is not wide enough for cars, for motorbikes it is enough.

Just 1 customer service working here. The queue is expanding even more. Expect at least 2 hours of waiting in here. Absolutely not recommended.
