Memang ternyata bank tidak lagi buka hari libur (sabtu, minggu), namun pelayanan fitur baru Customer Service Machine (csm) disana sangat bagus sekali. Mesin CSM dapat digunakan setiap saat untuk mengganti kartu ATM yang hilang/rusak. Cuma mengurus 3-5 menit saja, kartu sudah siap jadi. Terima kasih banyak, Mandiri.

It turns out that the bank is no longer open on holidays (Saturday, Sunday), but the new Customer Service Machine (csm) feature there is very good. The CSM machine can be used at any time to replace a lost/damaged ATM card. It only takes 3-5 minutes, the card is ready to be made. Thank you very much, Mandiri.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come to Mandiri Harapan Indah to replace card (become chip card), it's crowded and got advice to Mandiri Juanda. It's the same story here. Full. I directly went home after asking how long I have to wait and 2 securities answered: "don't know, not sure how many hours...”
