pernah bbrp kali juga melihat satpam tidak ramah terhadap pelanggan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tgl 20 Jan 2021, jam 8.37 pagi, sudah banyak yang antri tapi kantor belum dibuka. Ternyata baru buka jam 9.00 tapi tidak ada pengumuman di pintu kantor. Pelayanan juga sangat lama.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jadi nasabah BNI dari 2008 sampai sekarang, dan ini kantor BNI yg terburuk pelayanannya. Dan membuat saya hilang sudah rasa nyaman di BNI. Mulai dari satpam nya yg bad attitude, dan dimasa pandemi dimana hanyak sebagian BNI yg buka, banyak nasabah datang sangat amat pagi untuk dapat nomor antrian disini.
I've been a BNI customer from 2008 until now, and this is the BNI office with the worst service. And it made me feel comfortable at BNI. Starting from the security guard who has a bad attitude, and during the pandemic where only a part of BNI is open, many customers come very early to get a queue number here.
