★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau ambil uang tunai di teller aj hrs pakai kartu ATM ga bisa pakai buku klu udah punya kartu ATM ngapain jg ngambilnya ke teller lama ngantrinya
If you want to take cash at the teller, you have to use an ATM card, you can't use a book if you already have an ATM card, why don't you take it to the teller for long queues

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kapok dtg ke sini, antrian nya ga masuk akal.. Dan kapok juga berurusan dg BNI..
Mungkin mmg harus ada org dalam ya, biar lgsg fast track.. Untuk 1 org CS dy melayani 1 jam sendiri.
Memang terdapat 2 CS namun bgt jam 12.00 lgsg off.. Ditunggu sampai jam 13.10 belum kembali bekerja lagi..
Next kalau urusan Sm BNI mending lgsg ke Jakarta aja, lebih cepat..
Kalau ngurus di bekasi Lama nya masya Allah..
Mohon diperbaiki karyawan nya Ibu Kepala Cabang BNI Sumber Artha, jangan slow motion.. Kita sebagai customer nya melihat nya geregetan..
Smg kedepan nya gerakan karyawan CS nya lebih dipercepat lg ya...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tanggal 28 oktober 21 Tempat tepat di depan jalan, parkir sempit... parkir motor sampai kejalan, tampak kumuh dengan memasang tenda dan kursi yang usang di depan pintu. Di ruangan ada 5 bangku panjang. 3 bangku untuk menghadap teller dan 2 bangku untuk tempat tunggu pelayanan cs. Di ruangan tersedia 3 slot untuk teller, 2 slot untuk cs. Open senin-jumat.
28 october 21 The place is right in front of the road, the parking lot is narrow... motorbike parking is up to the street, looks shabby with put up tents and worn chairs in front of the door. There are 5 benches in the room. 3 benches to face the teller and 2 benches to wait for cs services. In the room there are 3 slots for tellers, 2 slots for cs. Open Monday-Friday.
