2 Pegawai bank (keliatan kalo jabatan mereka lebih tinggi dari CS) ngobrol sama nasabah (orangtua yg umurnya sekitar 60th) panjang lebar di kursi CS (hampir 30 menit) padahal sy lagi nunggu antrian di CS, si CS ketak ketik aja terus sok sibuk. Udah sy lirik2 masih betah aja ngbrol (apa boleh buat, sya beda kasta dg si kakek ?).
Pelayanan pegawai iy ramah,
tp anggurin nasabah lain buat ngobrol itu ya...hmm...hemmm...
Bad.
2 Bank employees (it seems that their positions are higher than CS) chat with customers (parents who are around 60 years old) at the CS chair at length (almost 30 minutes) even though I'm waiting in line at CS, the CS just doesn't type and keeps pretending to be busy. Already I'm still comfortable chatting (what can I do, I'm different caste with the grandfather ).
The staff service is friendly,
but invite other customers to chat... hmm... hmmm...
